The first thing I find important to mention is do not park directly in front of the store unless you have to(handicap parking area). Because it will be a pain for you when you are trying to leave the store. Park a few feet away from the store, you will save yourself from getting a headache. The store is huge like any CVS, I find that in the seasonal section can get quite messy. I came in one day a few days after Christmas and was checking out the Christmas Clearance aisle. There were a couple of employees that greeted and asked if I was finding everything I needed. Each time I had to fill a prescription in Pharmacy for my sister, it’s crazy, busy. I just have to add that I’m glad I don’t fill my prescriptions here. The store has a little bit of everything to offer, they even have a section that represents Fallbrook, such as T-shirts, caps, and bags and lunch bags. Great for little souvenirs. The store is located in a strip mall with other businesses that may draw you in, check them out! I’m newbie to Fallbrook and even though the place could use a facelift, the plus side is they are open 24 hours!

Is there a way to give this place a zero! I have been using CVS as my pharmacy as long as I can remember. This location is all all around disorganized disaster. My father dropped off my prescription because I had the flu for a medication that I have been on for about 3 years. When he went to pick it up because they said they needed my ID, and they would not release it to him. My father has the name last name, same address, same phone number, etc. I tried calling to speak to the pharmacist so they could verify me and release the medication but they insisted that I either had to come in. They couldn’t have told him this when he dropped it off? I had to go in even though I had the flu. I was perplexed because no other locations have ever ID’d me during pick up. When I questioned the pharmacy, they said that this is location specific protocol. They also mentioned that my dad could have brought in my ID. Isn’t it illegal for someone else to carry your identification? This location is a liability. I do not think a pharmacy staff of a specific should have the right to enforce it’s own rules. These are governmental regulations and company policies should be uniform.

I came in to buy some beer for my fellow Marines and I and we all clearly saw it was 1:54 am, they stop selling at 2am. I go in and to be polite ask if they are selling still. This older man says No, he has dark hair and no beard. I ask well what time do you stop he said 2am, I said it’s not 2am yet, he said yeah its 2. I looked at the other dark haired lady working and I just saw in her face that she knew he was lying too. So I left. Why aren’t rules, rules? If you stop selling 5 or 10 mins before 2am say so. I just thought it was rude and will not be going back. Rite Aid has our business now.

I made a Unilocal account just to say how horrid this places pharmacy is. The tall skinny Drop off kid last name I think was Lopez was the rudeist«pharmacist» I have ever encountered. He doesn’t even look at you. He has me wait 30 minutes in the store… just to tell me «oh yeah I need your insurance card.» Then tells me it is only medical. I ask if he could call my insurance to see if I have persrciptions covered he just says no it’s not our fault. I go to Wal-Greens right up the street the lady gets me my prescription in 10 mins. That kid needs to be let go so rude I hope CVS realizes that. Looks like the manger was completely fune with it too.

This place is due for a face lift. It still looks and smells the same as when I was a kid haha. If you are looking for beer, go to rite aid. These guys are always a couple to a few bucks pricier. Lines are usually pretty long, staff is nice and polite unlike previous years. Usually only come here on rare occasions. I would probably stop by here more often if it was alittle more inspiring to shop there.

It’s just another pharmacy, nothing special. Long lines and long waits to get prescriptions. Too many undisciplined little kids touching everything while their parents wait for a prescription. There are other choices in town but they are all the same type of chain store pharmacy.

If it were possible to give no stars, that’s how many I would give them. They often have only part of your prescription available, requiring you to make a second trip. I have called repeatedly ahead of time to make sure my prescription is ready and when I get there it has not been ready. I am switching every prescription my family has to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy. I waited in line for a long time to ask the pharmacist if it was safe to take Claritin while breastfeeding, she seemed annoyed with my question and answered«I think so» and walked away. Not cool, excuse me for caring about my newborn son and not wanting to take a medicine that could harm him.

One of the very, very few places in Fallbrook that is 24 hours. I have a soft spot for this place because I remember several years ago when they first opened… I think I was 10. That was over 15 years ago! This place does get crowded, but personally, after living in San Diego for over 3 years I think the lines here are pretty standard. The CVS here is also cleaner than some other CVS’s I’ve been to and I’ve never had issues with customer service. Then again, I’ve only come here at odd hours(usually super early or late at night) when no one is around. When Zhu Zhu pets were the rage, CVS had some under the counter when Walmart didn’t have them. When I wanted a snack, CVS had a multitude of chips, popcorn, and candy at good deals. When the boy dumped me and I impulsively drove up to my parents’ without overnight clothing and lens cleaner, CVS had clothes for me to spare and travel toiletries… and no, I didn’t get the Fallbrook gear, but you could if you wanted. And at least they give you cash back whenever you want, unlike Fallbrook Rite Aid!

Horrible customer servíce! Not only did they keep telling me to come back to pick up my rx three times, but they were rude to boot! Those girls need a lesson in manners! I’d rather drive to Vons in Escondido or Temecula.

Came in to pick up some lipgloss as a little way to brighten my day. Store was large and well maintained. Maybe a bit understaffed but everyone was friendly and helpful. There were tons of carts when I went and I felt it was no worse then anywhere else. I wanted to sign up for a CVS card but was told to use my new card 3 times which means I will have to go back in. I know I was being put off but it was a bit busy and I didn’t relish the thought of anyone waiting for me to sign up for a card.

Ive had good luck here & the staff is always willing to help. Toiletries to office supplies & all things in between. My go to store for printer ink & paper. Good deals on items too. No bad experiences for me here. I even found $ 10 on the floor here and the clerk said«finders keepers» haha.
