I brought our 1year old Australian Shepherd in today for a bath and brush. It was his first time to a groomer as I usually bath him myself every other week. I thought I was doing a decent job and the only reason I brought him in was because he had some matting behind his ears. When I picked him up 3 ½ hours later he looked like a different dog. Everyone in the family said «what a nice haircut». He didn’t get a haircut, just a LOT of brushing. He had such a heavy undercoat that when finished he looked pounds lighter. Now I feel bad that he’s suffered through this heat with all that fur. I want charged extra for the shaved mats behind the ear or the nail trim. All part of the very reasonable basic service. This is definitely a Business worthy of five stars and I plan on bringing Ranger in for a monthly visit.

My three Shi Tzus and Yorkie were so happy after their baths and grooming. They looked beautiful and they were happy. The staff is kind and easygoing. The prices were on the average for grooming services. I liked the cute atmosphere and everything the work area is in the open. I recommend this grooming shop I’ll go back when the lil guys are ready to go again, and my Persian baby cat when she’s ready!

We recently brought our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Alfie, here for a major grooming. We have always let his coat be natural with very little trimming, but have found it increasingly difficult to keep clean and mat free. Jennifer gave him a shorter coat all over, pretty much a puppy cut, and we love it! My instructions were confusing because I really didn’t know for sure what I wanted done, but she was patient and the end result was wonderful! I highly recommend Jennifer and Paradise Pet Spa.

I love Paradise Pet Spa, and more importantly, my Millie does too! All the gals who work there are so nice and wonderful. When I pick her up, she smells so good and her hair is so silky. They put the cutest bows on my dog too. I highly recommend them for the care they give my dog and for the awesome service they provide.

I am the owner of a frisky 15 pound Lhasa Apso named Benji. He is TERRIBLE for me when I try to brush him, bathe him, or trim his nails! I take him to the pet spa and they do a wonderful job! They specifically ask me before I leave my pup what exactly I want done. I’ve always had the problem with groomers cutting his face too short. The ladies here do such a great job of making sure my pup still looks like his shaggy self, while getting all of the necessary trimmings that he needs! The price is great as well! I would totally reccomend for anyone needing grooming for their pets!

I had a terrible experience here. The two women here are thoughtless and careless and dirty. I would not trust them to go anywhere near an animal. The facility and people at Pampered Pets are cleaner and nicer!

They always do a great job trimming our dog’s nails. They usually get us right in and are really quick. We have a hound mix who is terrified of getting his nails trimmed and they are able to keep him calm. You can tell they really love dogs.

Happy dog! My lab gets a bath and nail trim here. They always do a good job and when I pick him up, he is very content, so I know he was well cared for during his stay. And he looks so handsome! They are located right across the street from the library on Fig St.
