Taelor, the store manager, made our conversion and upgrade from an iPhone 5 to a 6s+ and a flip phone to an iPhone 6s a breeze! Her expertise and knowledge of products, technology, and phone plans was readily apparent. She made the entire transaction seamless and we felt confident in our purchases because she was very professional.

Thanks to Jordan D. I had the BEST phone purchasing experience of my life yesterday! He was very enthusiastic about helping me through every aspect of my shopping, deciding, purchasing, and setting up my new phone. (It’s the first time a rep has transferred all my «stuff» from my old phone to a new one without losing anything!) It was a true pleasure to work with someone who actually paid attention, listened to my needs and was knowledgeable enough to help me make a wise choice!

Getting a new phone to me is like getting your car fixed– added charges and dealing with sales people who try to add to the bill. That’s why I have bought my phones online. But when my phone went dead, my wife and I went over to Fallbrook to Go Wireless to bite the bullet, we thought. Justin actually worked to get us every discount and rebate and we walked out of there with a plan and a S6 for less than before. It pays to deal with a knowledgeable human!
When we decided to do the same with my wife’s phone a few days later, our phone guru Justin wasn’t there but Jamie took care of us the same way. That girl knew everything about phones – really smart AND personable. I wanted the cordless charger and it has made our lives so much easier. Phones are phones but Justin and Jamie provided us with the service that we needed and appreciate.

There are a few reasons for this horrible review.
1) When I called Verizon directly (not this third-​party store, but the actual provider) they warned me that this location was to be avoided and they were always getting mistakes from them. This is a HUGE warning sign– and I immediately regretted choosing this location to be my first ever mobile contract.
2) They set me up on a 2-​year plan when I asked for a month-​to-​month plan because the phone I had was brought in already paid for from a relative and did not need to be leased from them or paid for. A.K.A. = It was my phone that I owned and they put me on a plan that acted as if I was leasing from them.
3) When I left Verizon after the ridiculous price of my own phone and 1GB of monthly data (usually ~$ 100/​mo from them) I found out that they had indeed put me on the 2-​year. This is where everything spiraled out of control. I called the direct Verizon number and went into the local store to get this fixed, I let them know that if there was going to be an early termination fee (which, there should not have been if I owned the phone and was on the proper month-​to-​month plan) that I needed to know so I could let my new provider pay for it (special deal for switching to Sprint). They told me that I would not need to and that they would fix it for me, and that I was welcome back anytime. Great– that ordeal only took 3 hours of my time on and off the phone and in this store.
Now here’s the good bit– 2ish months later I get an over-​due bill for that early termination fee I wasn’t supposed to get (wow Verizon). I call up and explain to a manager what happened, again I go back into this local store, and I’m told that it is a mistake and will get fixed by the following week. 3 days later? My credit card is charged for that $ 378.35 (now including late fees) early termination fee. Without my approval. I call them up and their excuse is «you used auto-​pay when with us, so it went through that».
No– when I cancelled my contract with Verizon that should have been cancelled as well– not to mention if I got an over-​due bill it wasn’t in affect anyways. Someone had to manually do this themselves. So here’s the new mess– I get told it will take 7 – 10 days to fix since they have to send out a ticket request to resolve it. No one calls me back to tell me it immediately got rejected (reason being since my ‘account’ was a 0 balance they saw no problems and didn’t bother to read the case notes), so 10 days later I call back and find out. I get told to come back to this local store of mine to get the manager who agreed there was a mistake to contact Verizon and work with them on it.
So I do– I immediately go into the store and explain my situation and ask for them to solve it. Guess what? No manager there is able to– all of them are out for this new I-​Phone release, therefore I have to wait until the next week to get a solution. Alright, at this point it has been nearly a month of problems. Come the following week, I get my money back. Great! Done and over with. Right? Except one little problem (and main reason for this review) — I now have a «Collection Notice» letter in my hand for that early termination fee + late fees. This will be what I have to fight next.
Thank you Verizon for making my first ever mobile contract a living hell and a nice learning experience for a new adult.

Excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgable Geo. He was quick to help me and everything went smoothly. While there, other customers were in and out in a timely manner. Nothing but a positive experience during my visit to this store.

Never come here go to another store. they sell cell phone the don’t even exist no more and disrespectful and unprofessional «Manger» never shopping here again !

This store has the most helpful staff of any establishment I have ever encountered. When I visited in January, each member of the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They made sure that we had the most beneficial, inexpensive plan and made sure we were well taken care of. Elias and his team were efficient, thorough, and knowledgable! I have only praise for the team at the new, improved GoWireless.

My husband, kids, and I went in to get new phones, it was time for new ones. We were ready to try something new after having I phone’s for the last 4 years. We both left with new phones we like very much. The guys who helped us were wonderful. Jordon helped us pick out our new phones and Elyas helped Jordan set up our new phones, get all the stuff we needed and showed us how to use our new phones and some of the features they have. Peanut butter guy (stew) was very funny and had some great stories to share. Thanks to the 3 of you working yesterday we had fun getting our new phones. It was nice to be able to get my new phones in Fallbrook and not have to drive to get them. We will be back.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received working with Elyas Thurab at the Mission Rd, Fallbrook, CA store. I recently changed wireless companies after being with the same one for 15 years.
Verizon’s Business Plan options and costs surpassed our previous carrier «leaps and bounds!»
The personal service I got from Elyas was very kind, knowledgeable, and used excellent foresight to help my phone be more «user friendly for a middle-​aged woman’s failing eyesight.» Elyas bolded my phones alphabet to help me visually see the letters on the screen more easily. He made sure that I knew he was there to help me with any future problems. I walked out the store with a smile on my face.

We were very pleased to find out that our long-​time business rep Stew has returned to the Fallbrook store. He has always been on top of things and keeps us up to date. He even checked our account to make sure we were getting the best deal available.
The entire staff was very courteous and kept us comfortable while waiting for our purchases.

I’ve been a customer at this store, for many many years. I just got my newest phone upgrade a couple of days ago. The customer service was spot on, as always! I want to give high praise to Elyas, and to Jordan on their service. Very welcoming, professional, courteous. They went the extra mile for me, to ensure my satisfaction. I returned to the store just last night, to ask some questions. Elyas offered great tibits on what else my new phone can do. Loving my Samsung Galaxy Note 4! Big thanks guys!

I have to say I have had some bad experiences at cell phone carriers before but the gentleman at the Verizon I just came out of have been the most helpful and the most knowledgeable at they’re profession then I have come across. They could answer every question I asked and believe me I had a million questions. They went out of their way to make sure that I had every coupon and discount alloted to me so I could walk out of there with the most amount of knowledge and equipment 4 the smallest price I will return to that verizon in only that verizon is long as I’m in paying customer. thank u guys.

The GoWireless team in Fallbrook is THE BEST. Elyas and Jordan helped me upgrade my phone. They are very knowledgeable. They know the various products and plans, they are able to solve problems when they arise, are patient, and are overall a pleasure to do business with.
