Jack in the Box

I actually don’t mind the customer service or food here at all but the reason I give it a 1 star is because 75% of the time they forget something in my order. Nothing’s worse than getting home and realizing you’re missing something or just have the wrong thing all together.

When I order 8 tacos, that means 4 sets of 2. why is that so hard? then I get the bag, get to work to share the tacos and there are 4 tacos. You people want 15 dollars an hour but cant count to 8? give me a break. will not go back here any more.

Well let’s start by saying drive-​thru, who would’ve known that I would’ve took a short amount of time. Yet the orders placed in my bag would not be what I asked for. I’ll start by saying that I was going to be very irate because first of all I forgot my shake was missing. They kindly replaced my shake and off I went. Thirdly, come to find out the sandwich I ordered wasn’t even the correct sandwich I ordered, and back again for the second trip to get my meal corrected for the second time. Luckily management was a very kind and generous they gave me an order of fresh fries and also the correct sandwich. Lovely manager, I believe Julianna? If it wasn’t for the team I probably would’ve wrote a bad review the, but management definitely help me out here. so they did great on the customer service and taking care of of me. Oh and PS make sure if you order ketchup from the drive-​thru make sure it’s not taco sauce lol.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. The woman working late night at the window has the WORST attitude. Ridiculous.

Haven’t had Jack in The Box in a long time… years! The Buttery Jack was pretty good, the fries taste good but toooooo many small ones… Did I get the bottom of the bag? The ONE thing that pisses me off with all these fast food restaurants… either you can’t understand their English very well or they talk soooooo fast so my head is spinning? What did she just say? Slow down & speak clearly… listen to what I AM SAYING so you get my order correct!!!

Great service! Good food! The Jumbo Jack hamburger buns have changed. I miss the sesame buns. This place is better than the original McDonald’s!

Wow, I’m surprised to see that I hadn’t Unilocaled this spot yet. I pretty much experienced the same as the other Unilocaler’s. And like them, I would have given a 1 star.
My reason for my 3 star was that my visit today was friendly and I could clearly understand what was being said! Yes, they finally repaired the speakers or got a new one! The voice coming at you is no longer crackling through the speakers. The employee was actually friendly and was good at trying to advertise their limited sandwich which has my fave in it, portabella mushrooms.
We always enjoy the tacos, the flavor hasn’t seem to change. But it seems as though there is hardly any meat filling.
I would have given a higher rating if I hadn’t been told that my order was complete as I looked through the bag. I’m sorry, but I am going to hold the line up to be assured that my order is expedited correctly. We have gone home enough times where we were missing something or they gave the wrong order. So don’t push a customer along as they are looking over their order.

Last week they gave me the wrong order through the drive through and I was mad but I got over it (it’s happened more than 3 times) but couple days after I went to try to Porte bello mushroom hamburgers and they game me just the bread and the patty nothing else I was so disappointed they always take for ever with your order and they always get it wrong I’m over it never going back there they suck!!!

Out of 10 visits, 9 times it will be a miserable choice. Yesterday there delivery driver took the 18 wheeler through the drive through,??? The speed of service is worse than the Division of Motor Vehicles. (DMV).Service???/… Terrible, Attitude? …Garbage…i honestly dont get upset easy but this Jack is Out Of Control, words that come to mind… lazy, slow, bad, terrible, horrible, stealing my money, false advertisement,…
Management??? time to hire some Americans that care about there job!!!

Very poor quality at this location. The tacos have been sitting around for a long time, very greasy. Don’t these guys advertise we don’t make it until you order it. Bull Crap! Oh, and then they cheap out and don’t put any cheese on them. Last time going here for sure.

Holly microwaved breakfast batman. With just about no one at the restaurant they still microwaved my extreme sausage sandwich. The bread was crumbling and wrinkled just like microwave bread becomes. As if that wasn’t bad enough only one of the cheeses were melted. Witch makes me come to the conclusion that they had it sitting and added a meat and a cheese to it. Never coming here again.

I have lived in Fallbrook all my life and every time i go to jack in the box they have to screw up my order, not once in a while ALL THE TIME!!! The tocos smell and taste like old burned grease the fries taste and smell the same the meat hard and cold and leaves a bad taste in your mouth now i never go to jack and the box and every time i go at night when i get the midnight munchies i realize this is why i stop going they SUCK ALL THE TIME!!!

Fast food place that has friendly staff, very consistent food. Drive through gets great service and the line moves fast. These workers seem to be trained well and make you feel welcome and appreciated.

I like coupons. I can’t help myself. I just cannot resist the lure of a deal so when I got my grubby paws on a coupon for free sweet potato fries with any purchase you KNOW I had to tuck that thing right in my car.
Today was the day that I decided to use it. I was excited! As I drove up I started to try out my order outloud…
«I will take a breakfast sammy no meat and FREE sweet potato fries, I have a coupon!»
no… not right
«FREE SWEET POTATO FRIES PLEASE. Also throw in an egg and cheese sammy with no meat hun»
Wait… still not right.
It didn’t matter. While going over my order I was struck with the fact that the drive thru order speaker was broken and they had to have a live person. I put in my order and picked it up. No fuss no muss coupon wise.
Sweet potato fries: about $ 2.50 for a small portion. I could actually really taste the sweet potato which was a surprise for whatever reason. It was really good and honestly one of the better sweet potato fries I have had.
YES. I know what I just typed out. I have had sweet potato fries at all sorts of places from fast food to fancy and they are always dry and lacking. These were actually moist and crisp.
Breakfast Muffin: FAIL. I told the lady taking my order not meat. I said it like FIVE times. Indeed, it was to her face, person to person. I thought no f’ing way this will go wrong. It did. My first bite while driving was full of meat.
I will think twice before coming here again.

I get food on the go here once in awhile but no more. 2 times in the last week I got a fly in my ice tea then a hamburger that should have been in the trash. The manager Cecilia barely speaks English and really didn’t care. On top of that, either did Jack’s office when I called there. No more Jack in the Box for this person. They suck!

This place can be pretty bad. The drive through person is gheto and you can always tell that the employees dont wanna be there. One time the guy was really rude. I almost called his manager but I didnt. I know how those types of jobs can do that to people.
But even if your job sucks you should still be nice to people. Maybe Jack in the Box should pay them more.
Also on a previous visit I got tacos and found a piece of bone the size of a bee bee pellet. I took it back in and got a refund. They reported it to corporate, but you pay for what you get I guess.

this jack in the box sux! never go to it! & if u do, oh then u better check your order, and after they give it to u «corrected» u better check it again! cuz they will mess up as many times possible. ive been there many times, and not once have they gotten my order correct. they even forget to give u the change, or they wont give u the correct amount. so check that too. DONT COME HERE.
