The Jewelry Connection

I have been in the store several times, and have always been happy with the service. I have bought several unusual pieces, one of which I constantly get complements on. People have also tried to buy it from me (I Will NOT part with it!).

We bought several item from them but never again. First day of hot summer nights, wife goes into store and gets no help. Finally a lady helps her but is then told we close at 7 pm and told my wife she has to leave. WTF. Your doors are OPENED!!! If you are going to close at 7 pm. LOCK YOUR DOORS AND PUT THE STUPID CLOSE SIGN UP.
No worries we won’t be buying anything from you guys again. We will make sure our friends and family know how you treat locals.

This little ma and pa store was a place I used to really like going to. It has some unique pieces and in my spare time when I was in the area I would go in and spend several hundred dollars but not ANY more.
I spent approx $ 600 one day and put it on layaway. Paid it off in 4 – 5 months. One of the necklaces I bought did not fit the way I liked so the nice lady Carolyn agreed to have the jeweler repair it. She even put it on the invoice. Very nice of her.
Unfortunately, they are not open on Sunday and Sunday is the only day I am in Fallbrook. It took me several months to pick up my items.
When I got there it was not fixed so I showed them where it needed to be fixed and that I would pick it up in a few weeks. Well it took me another month to get back there. No big deal right??? The jewelry was paid for. Is storage an issue??? When I went back I was not happy with the way it was done so I tried it on and they were just so rude about it. The owner, OWNER of the store gave me a look of pure disgust when I told him to take a few more loops out so it would fit nice on my neck. He said he was sick of looking at this jewelry and that no where did it say it was supposed to be fixed for free. EXCUSE ME!!! I spent $ 600 that day, whether it was cash or layaway, and the lady who helped me was nice enough to give me a repair and YOU have the audacity to call me a liar and cheapskate??? I asked him how much was the repair that I would pay, just to prove it wasnt the money it was the principle and he finally calmed down. He never really apologized for their rudeness and I felt like I was being discriminated against. This conduct especially from the owner is really bad business. Fallbrook is a small town. I will tell everyone I know about how bad of an experience I had and it will make a difference. I have never done a review good or bad and I felt I just had to warn people about the business practice at this place. Shame on you! Wish I could have given NO STARS!

I’ve been shopping here for as long as I’ve lived in Fallbrook. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jamie and his staff are absolutely the best – super friendly and knowledgeable. And most importantly, they are trustworthy. Have always been impressed with the service and quality here. Highly recommended.

Great service!!! Went into the store late in the day and I’m sure the owner wanted to close, but she stayed open for us and was very courteous. Even with my two kids in tow! She was kind to them and helpful with our choices. Best part was that there was NO pressure to buy. Highly recommend this store.
