US Post Office

3 star only because they were fully stocked on boxes.
I can see why this place has such awful reviews. I went in and was boxing my product. I over hear that they were out of stamps. How?! I also watched while people were recieving their packages and the lady was rude! As I stood in line to pay Diane chatted and was open and not once looked to wave me over I had to ask. And the box I had was a little big and she goes «you should put more stuff in here» well I don’t have more stuff and you don’t have a smaller box. She talked to her coworkers as I payed and didn’t speak to me other than the more stuff for my box.
You can see the frustration on people’s faces. It’s sad. I’ll go elsewhere.

It did not delivered the parcel on Dec 24, and wrote that «nobody was at home to sign in. «But we ALWAYS at home.

You will find the post office spacious and find the supplies well stocked. They also have greeting cards and a small selection of gift cards available. Plenty of parking spaces are available and they also have a drive-​thru mail drop off.
I have to share that the many times that I have been here that last couple of weeks, Clerk #19 (I have not yet asked her for approval to mention her name), has been very friendly and helpful. Having the experience of walking into the post office has been great here. Someone that faces many moods, and I’m sure they aren’t all the best of moods, you will find Clerk #19 to be very friendly, positive and at times, humorous. It’s very pleasing to receive a smile from the other side of the counter.

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to! I received a notice in my box about bees on the flowering bush that is by my box and it said my mail will be on hold at the post office until I get rid of the bees. I’m not a bee keeper and do not want to kill a bunch of honey bees because some carrier is a cry baby. I went into the post office and actually got into a verbal confrontation where I was told that the bees were a safety issue and my mail would not be delivered. As well as the post office itself had two safety mishaps already this week. I asked if it had anything to do with my bush or the bees the what I guess was the manger) said no I then said then what the hell does that have to do with my mail! Oh and by the way the house I rent has been here for over 30years!!! What changed! Oh and also by the way… Joy you know who you are! If you are even the manager. I will be writing the IG of the postal service and also the congressman for the state of California. In addition I will also be contacting any and all wildlife preservation organizations to let them know that it is your stance as a government organization to eradicate a huge quantity of wild honey bees. I fully expect them to respond very quickly. You have messed with the wrong person Joy I will ensure you lose your job. All this could have been avoided if you had just said I could have just put a small box by my front door however you and your rude carrier declined to allow this. I assume it’s because your carrier is too lazy to walk 20 feet. Anyway you have messed with the wrong person today joy, and I’m coming for your job.

When I walked in there was one person in line, and one register open. As soon as someone saw me she opened another register even though she was doing something else and really didn’t have to since there was only one person behind me.
The transaction was quick for my packages — I knew what I needed and she didn’t try to sell me on something else when she saw I was knowledgeable about the options.
When I asked for some «pretty» stamps for a party invitation I needed to send she gathered up not only what was in her drawer, but a few from the other side of the room too. That’s more time and effort than I have gotten in other post offices for the same request and I really appreciated it :)

Worst experience at a US Post Office in my life! The ‘red vest’ greeter in the lobby is a big BULLY! It is his mission to make others feel beneath him. WORST person they could have chosen to represent the US Post Office! I visit the post office 2 – 3 times per week and I know what I’m doing and what I need. The cashiers are always smiling and helpful. But thanks to this guy I’m giving one star. The red vest position would better be served behind the counter cashing people out NOT asking them all of the exact same questions the cashiers are going to ask anyway. It’s redundant! He interrupted my transaction 3 times in an attempt to belittle me in front of all of the other people waiting in line and in front of the cashier. He purposely attempts to antagonize some sort of negative response out me every time I go in there.
