Established in 2014.
Opened in the basement of The Loretta Building in June 2014. The Boiler Room is a new concept by Executive Chef Christian D’Agostino and his business partner Dan Hurder, also of Monte’s Downtown in Fargo.

Business Owner
Dan got his start in the hospitality business with Hilton Hotels before getting into the restaurant business in 2011. In just three years, his portfolio has grown to three restaurants — The Otter Supper Club and Lodge in Ottertail, MN, Monte’s Downtown in Fargo, ND and The Boiler Room in Fargo, ND.
