We enrolled our son at Action Karate Feasterville two years ago. We have had a very positive experience as we’ve watched our son build confidence and self esteem, learn valuable self defense, and get in excellent shape.
The instructors at Action Karate are very supportive and focus heavily on positive reinforcement. Interspersed with lessons in the Martial Arts (the specific discipline is Kenpo) are valuable lessons in leadership, proper nutrition, and the benefits of a positive mindset.
Action Karate also hosts lots of kid-​friendly activities, such as Day at the Beach, birthday parties, self defense classes (for kids and adults), parades and demo teams. Recently they started a Zen-​10 fitness program for adults which is super cool.
Our son has benefited greatly from his time at Action Karate, and you will too!
