Ms. Tracy believes teaching a child is not just facilitating activities, it’s intentionally addingexperiences to enhance the development of the whole child. By giving each child the confidence to challenge one’s self, we have the ability to create a world of learners. In Early Childhood Education, we have the responsibility to set each child up for success and to nurture their strenghths and differences. Just knowing that one small interaction can affect a child’s day makes this a career of love!
