Awesome fast service. Replaced my tires and matched Less Schwab and outdid them. Tidy and courteous place

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Very disappointed.
I have gone to this place for about two years to get oil changes as my car has not needed much other work. They people seemed nice enough, and I always used the coupon which *should* make an oil change $ 19.99, but never was. Like another reviewer, they old me I had a special oil filter which rang it up around $ 35. I have never had another place tell me this if I were to get my oil changed somewhere else. However, I brushed it off an just paid.
My problem is recently, I had to get my brakes looked at. They told me it would be $ 46 just to look it over, but my brakes were in bad shape (I could tell by driving) and needed to be looked at. I didn’t wait there as I wasn’t sure how long this would take. They called me a few hours later and told me that my brake pads and calipers needed to be replaced. I know nothing about cars, but he made it sound pretty urgent and I agreed as long as the price was decent. He told me it would be $ 110, and me, knowing nothing about cars, agreed and said go for it.
They called again when the work was done so I headed over to pick up my car. When I got there they told me that my total was $ 800. I started panicking because I heard it would be $ 110, and asked what was up. Apparently, he told me that it was $ 710 + tax which brought it almost to $ 800. Unfortunately I didn’t have the funds for this so I had to have someone else bail me out on this one. I wasn’t angry with them, they did a great job on my car, there was a very noticeable difference when driving. I was definitely happy with the work. I was just slightly unhappy with the miscommunication on both sides.
However, someone suggested we take the parts they replaced to have them looked at. Which we did. We were told that our old parts were salvageable and they could have simply been rotated. This kind of bothered me, but I just figured next time I have major work needed on my car, I will take it elsewhere.
Now, they know who I am based on past interactions as I had always gone there for any needs for my car. When I came in for an oil change today, I checked in and they were about to take my car keys when he made a comment about me having my brakes worked on a few months ago. I told them that I really wanted to thank them for the work they did on my car the last time and that my brakes felt great since. The guy at the counter said «well, that’s their job» and then rolled his eyes at me. This was off-​putting to me, but I left and went about my day. When I came back to get my car, he was even more rude to me. I rang up my oil change and I was asking him a few questions about my car and he completely blew me off and just gave me my paperwork. I am not one to act rude and make a scene in public so he gave me my keys and I told him to have a great weekend to which he scoffed and just said «yeah».
I have been a dedicated customer and have never had a problem with these guys until now. I’m sure Eagle’s other locations are okay, but I will personally never return to an Eagle Automotive for any car needs.
DO NOT go to this Eagle location — they will probably try to cheat you out of your money and be incredibly rude while doing so. Not a business I support any longer.

I’ve had two quite large services done here after I was cheated out not only for the incorrect service but also for extremely unreasonable prices from my dealer. I am pleased with the reasonable prices, the honest service and the excellent family-​like customer service. I will continue to come here and truly recommend them!

Great place. The people are always so friendly whether you’re in store or just calling on the phone. They were very patient with me because I’m VERY particular about my car and they weren’t too pushy. If they were «pushy» at all it was because they’re very appreciative that you come into the store. There are a lot of competitors out there, but I chose this place not only because they had a good price on tires, but because they were local. They provide that little extra touch that you can’t get at a big chain.
Heck, even the people in the waiting room were exceptionally nice. I’ve lived in the Seattle area for over a year and have experienced the «Seattle Freeze» everywhere but in this store. I felt like I was back in the Midwest. It was lovely.

These guys did a great job on a last minute repair when the window in my car got stuck down on a rainy day.

Went in for a routine oil change after receiving a $ 19.99 coupon in the mail. Normally I go to the Toyota dealer, but thought I would try somewhere a bit closer to where I live.
The place is clean and doesn’t smell like tires and oil like some places I have been to. People seem friendly. Coffee is available in the waiting area.
The guy at the front desk was nice. I ran a bit late and got there 10 – 15 min after my appointment time. They took my car and finished the oil change. After waiting for an hour a guy comes over to me in the waiting area (I’m guessing the guy who worked on my car) and states I need my transmission oil changed. Said it was very dark. I don’t know much of anything about engine, transmission, etc. so I asked how much it is. The guy said $ 129. I asked the guy how soon I should have it done and he states within the next few weeks.
When I go to check out they ring me up at $ 35 when my oil change coupon was $ 19. I ask why as I know I have family members who come in with these same coupons in the past and have not had to pay $ 35. The guy says it’s because of a «special» oil filter. For a corolla? I thought it was weird but didn’t say anything and paid.
After I leave I call the Toyota dealer and let them know my oil in my transmission is dark. They tell me the transmission in the Corrollas have some mechanism where it does not need changing even when the oil is dark. I then call my brother who first recommended the place to me and he stated I should have asked what type of special oil filter, why, and if I asked for it, which I did not. Do not go here if you don’t know about cars, or maybe if you are female and don’t know about cars. Who knows. Feel like I got ripped off.

First it is a clean comfortable place to have your car worked on. They have a good team and the prices are very reasonable. I was shocked how they quickly had my tire sorted out and back on the road in no time. They even diagnosed a problem for me that was not tire related. If you live in the area you should spend your money with a local company and not one that sends the profits out of state.

I have purchased two sets of tires here in the past. Always great service and price. Dick seems to run the place. Maybe he is the owner? Nice to see a place that is well run.
