I couldn’t be more pleased! John is a pleasure to work with. You can tell he’s been in the business for a long time. Not only is he friendly and knowledgable, he’s THE BEST DEAL around! I priced out 4 different local carpet services and a few of them were nearly twice as much as Premier Carpet Service! I wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved into our «new» house (Previous owners had a dog). John was very accommodating, as we ran into some last minute issues that held up the closing of the sale of the home… John was practically on stand by for us. I will use this company again and highly recommend him!

John Talley With Premier Carpet Service did a great job on our house. Super professional and a very nice person. The truck with his equipment looks like a whole level above other carpet cleaning services we’ve used in the past. John was down from WA visiting his mom and he showed up on time! He gave us a really great estimate that he stuck too. We have beige white carpets and two older cats that throw up a lot. He showed us how to get some of the tougher stains out in the future and tips on how to make our carpets last. Knows carpets and very informative. The carpets looked GREAT after he finished. We will definitely use him again!

I wanted to leave 5 stars and be impressed, but unfortunately, though John did many things well, I wish I would have gone with a slightly more expensive company that had rave reviews that carpets looked brand new and all stains were removed.
After reading all the great reviews on Unilocal for Premier, and calling about 6 other places which were booked thru July 4^th, I was thrilled he could come out with just 2 days notice. Price wasn’t the lowest, but was on the low end. We were moving into a short sale house, and there were some heavy stains on the beige carpet as well as dirt along the edges of the stairway. I was assuming like other company claims and reviews, they would get all of these out and make the carpets look new.
After waiting 30 min after our scheduled time, i called and left a msg at his workplace. They forwarded the msg, and he called me back. He was 2 blocks away he said. Got stuck in traffic. We had guys coming to move furniture upstairs in 3 hrs, and he assured me the carpets would be dried by then w/​the hot weather and windows and doors open, and left me some furniture squares in case it wasn’t totally dry.
Results, there were a few red light stains in some bedrooms. Without knowing what was spilled, it was hard to know what product to use to treat it he said, so they didn’t totally come out and were still pink splotches. Same with a few other small stains. Many of the dark stains were removed, and he assured me the 220 degree steam cleaned the carpets thoroughly, though some stains were visible. The dark edges of dirt, while reduced, they were still clearly evident. I was surprised by this. Wish I would’ve known beforehand that these would remain dark after he was done. Looked dirty. He told me if i wanted that cleaned, it would cost a lot more per square foot bc he had to go with a brush and manually scrub the crevices, and it is too labor intensive and costly that he has never had anyone want him to do it. I was disappointed in this. He also told me how I could hand clean the edges myself to get it clean.
Also, a dog smell seemed to arise in several rooms, and i mentioned it. He went through at the end and sprayed deodorizer around. He said that should take care of it, but I could vacuum 1 – 2 times to get all the last smells out after it dried.
Well, 12 hrs later, still smells like dog. Will have to try vacuuming couple times to see if that will help. Also, carpets stayed damp for a good 6 hrs after he left with all windows open and a breeze, esp in closets and a few bedrooms.
So, all in all, a decent experience, but not stellar. Disappointed in the lack of results moving into our new home, but still good honest hard work. Just think I might go elsewhere next time to really get the carpet to not only get cleaned, but to LOOK clean and new.

John Talley, owner of Premier Carpet Services, has been cleaning my workplace for many years, probably 14 years. In the past 7 + years I’ve had him clean my and my daughter’s houses. Last week he came and scrubbed the rugs, sectional sofa, and 6 dining room chairs. They came out beautifully. He has always done an excellent job, and is such a personable guy.

I have hired this company for numerous jobs over many years. I can’t say enough great things about John, his company, and his fantastic truck!!! I have been responsible for selling and renting many properties, and John has saved my clients thousands of dollars by cleaning carpets we thought were too far gone to save. Punctual, and he doesn’t charge enough money for his great work.

Our company was looking to get the carpets cleaned. We called around and got some quotes to get an idea what it would cost. Not only did Premier Carpet offer a better rate, they have far superior equipment than 99% of the competition. We have 100+ employees walking in and out of the office everyday. Talk about the worst kind of abuse on the carpet. This was not a easy job, but he sure made those carpets look amazing!
We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and I look like a genius to my boss for finding and recommending Premier Carpet Service. I will be calling again, thanks guys!

Wow! Best ever. I’ve lived in more homes than I care to remember. It’s hard to find a quality carpet cleaner. The owner John was out to our place on time. His vehicle and appearance was clean and professional. I still can not believe how clean our carpets were when he left. We had some ugly oil stains from our exercise equipment. He made it vanish. John was very respectful of our home while providing his service. Will hire him again for sure. He brought new life to our carpets.

Premier Carpet gives a great cleaning service. They have made the house we rented looking and smelling like brand new when we needed its carpets cleaned of built up stains when we moved to our new home. Our previous landlords are pretty happy with how «we» took care of their home before we moved out. Thanks, Premier Carpet Service!
