Over all not a bad place. Clean, friendly. Rooms are nice enough with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave. Small bathrooms with good water pressure. Quiet, especially considering how close it is to a major intersection and businesses. Tucked a bit away which helps. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Room included breakfast, which had lots of choices. Cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, etc. if I have only one complaint, the room keys kept losing their coding and had to be recoded multiple times.

Though my first review not my 1st stay. You get what you pay for but in this hotel you get a bit more. Though some carpets stains from elevator to the hallways the staff does try. The beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are clean.
You can try the pool but on this trip the water had a hue of green but pool maintenance was working on.
You can walk to nearby eateries both fast food and quality restaurants.

Awful stay. Heater in room wouldn’t work. Food at breakfast was cold and moot enough. No coffee second morning. Pool was closed 3 TIMES while we were ther fot 2nights. Hallway smelled bad and customer service staff was not very friendly. At checkout no apology for all the stuff I listed above. They did allow us to change rooms for heating but did not offer to help us move our bags at 630 at night.

Bad service. Room smelled like mildew. Air conditioner didn’t work.
Room was half cleaned, did not replace toilet paper. The owner is definitely not a nice man. The draw to the hotel was the package deal for Wild Waves water park. I would call first at wild waves. They had season pass for $ 49 which is cheaper in the long run if you plan on going twice. Food seemed nice until you try it. It’s either cold or bad quality. You can find a better quality hotel and deal don’t fall for the package. You’ll regret it. Oh it is not kid friendly either. By the way if you stay a 2nd day the hotel price goes up if you don’t buy tickets. Check your receipt so they don’t add the tickets onto it. The owner Jim is in the wrong business. He needs to be away from the public. I am going further and contacting corporate on other shady practice that they do.

Worst experience ever! First off our room was not cleaned and when we asked them to clean the room all they did was put clean towels and take the trash out. Bed wasn’t remade, floor wasn’t vacuumed. Breakfast was tasteless. And we would have to wait a long time just to make out waffles. Wifi Internet was slow. When trying to check out, we were charged for an extra 2 theme park tickets. And when trying to dispute it, it took an hour for the «owner» to fix it. And on top of that, the owner was rude and didn’t want fix the problem. We had to argue with him and explain why would two adults in a room buy 4 tickets for 1 day. After fixing the amount they over charged, it put out trip at a big delay and the owner didn’t even care. VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!

Got a deal on Priceline, and boy are we glad. Super-​friendly staff met us, room was beautiful and very clean, the pool was warm and sparkling, the spa was perfect after a day of driving, the place was quiet, the lobby very welcoming and comfortable, the breakfast was huge and varied to cater to a variety of dietary needs and desires, and it was an easy walk to about 50 different restaurants (both chain and local). The landscaping was pretty, easy parking, elevator… just terrific. Thanks!

This place is great. We checked in at 11:30pm last night and the night clerk was so nice! She had a rollaway bed delivered to our room even before we could unload our car. Clean, quiet and friendly. Our room has been great so far, no time for breakfast but it sure smelled good this morning. And the night clerk… she baked cookies and had them sitting out for the guests! She even grabbed some cold milk for my brother. When I come through Federal Way again I’ll definitely stay here again.
