Our Advanced Auto Service & Tire Centers location on Kaspar Avenue in Flagstaff, just south of the Flagstaff Mall on Highway 89 and next door to the Super 8 Hotel, is a great location for tires and service. Our Flagstaff location has some of our most experienced service writers and ASE-​certified technicians. They can handle most any service from mounting and balancing tires on road force balancing machines to full engine and transmission service. We’re the Flagstaff tire experts. Our free shuttle service can both drop off and pick up customers from their homes, local businesses, and the NAU campus. We offer coffee and free wifi in our waiting room. We specialize in helping travelers, campers, and RVs.

Advanced Auto Service & Tire Centers are locally owned. we currently have 14 stores in Arizona, 3 in Scottsdale. One in each of the following cities Phoenix, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Glendale, Mesa, Tempe, Flagstaff, Chandler, Surprise and Gilbert. Manager, Advanced Auto Service & Tire Centers — Flagstaff

So many of our manager’s got their introduction to all things automotive from their fathers and Vaughn can add his name to this group. His father ran a small automotive repair shop in Viola, Kansas. At around age 16, Vaughn and his dad decided to finally fix up his father’s 1963 Chevrolet Nova SS (he had owned the car since he was a young man). Among many alterations and upgrades, the hands-​on rebuild of the stock 283 was the most time consuming. The Nova turned out so nice that he and his father would argue about who would get to drive it that day. Well Vaughn’s mother, getting tired of the arguing, put an end to the arguments by selling the Nova to a neighbor for $ 700. Neither Vaughn nor his dad ever saw a dime of that $ 700.

Vaughn is also one of our esteemed military veterans. Thinking he could get a break from working on cars non-​stop at his dad’s shop he decided to join the Army. And as luck and the Army would have it, Va
