Established in 2014.

Previously The Orpheums Stage Left Deli now Family owned and operated Aspen Deli. We are standing true to the standards that were set with serving only the best possible food and freshest ingredients available. Each sandwich is handcrafted using Boars Head meats and cheeses just as ordered and is sure to tempt the taste buds of any palate.

From our sandwiches, salads, soups, and sweets we ensure that our ingredients meet a high standard of quality that can be trusted and you will crave! In an attempt to keep things local in a small town our breads are baked and brought in fresh daily from the Village Baker, our tortillas for wraps and breakfast burritos come from the local Tortilla Lady and are baked goods come from Grandma! Soups and sides are made fresh in house so we know exactly what we are serving our customers. If you have not yet had the opportunity to give the new Aspen Deli a try, please join us soon. Business Owner

One of the youngest business owners in Flagstaff, Michael is working hard to turn the Aspen Deli into the go to place in Flagstaff for catering and walk in lunch of delicious subs and sandwiches. Michael was raised in an entrepreneurial family but he is the only one that is making a go in the restaurant industry. Michael is also currently attending college and majoring in Hotel Restaurant Management. In his free time (What there is of it) he loves taking his FJ and exploring the off roads of Flagstaff and neighboring towns. He is a busy guy but if you get the chance to talk to him, say Hello, you will be intrigued!

So happy we found this place! I shop at the sports exchange next door quite often and they give you $ 1 off with a purchase. Finally decided to pop in one day and man oh man these sandwiches are for real. The hot pastrami is delicious! Staff is always pleasant as well. Good vibes, good food, what more could you ask for?

We are staying in Flagstaff for a few day, visiting from Cape May, NJ. We were doing some all day hikes in the area, and usually pick up lunch to go for a picnic halfway thru our day. We lucked out and happened upon the Aspen Deli today. In a word, FANTASTIC! The sandwiches were out of this world, super fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff is super friendly too.
The BEST tuna sandwich on the planet, with sprouts, avocado, and great multi grain bread. We hope to go back tomorrow for another fabulous lunch!

Stopped in to this little place while in Downtown Flagstaff. I had the Jersey Girl which was huge and delicious. My brother had the Rueben which he said was great. I also had an amazing cookie to top it all off. I’ll be back!

I found this local sandwich shop by accident in the historic downtown area. I have to say what a hidden gem this place is. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent, it was well worth the short wait for fresh food. I opted for the meatball sub, one of my favorites. The portion size was generous, the meatballs were perfectly seasoned, as was the marinara with lots of melty cheese on top. Mmmm melty cheese!!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a meatball sandwich. I usually don’t review online but felt compelled to after this visit.

Whilst wondering around a snowing and cold downtown flagstaff — a dead zone for those in need of an exquisite sandwich — my hungry girlfriend and I stumbled upon this quaint eatery. Time was of the essence, the snow was coming in faster than the stampede of 100 wild horses. We hopped inside the shop and we were taken away to a magical dream land of sandwiches. The smells alone could satisfy your hunger. «For what be the cause of these smells??» my girlfriend inquired. «Well, it be the sandwiches we conjure up here!» So we decided to take a chance and place the order. What happened next we couldn’t describe!!! The sandwiches were pretty good and the people behind the counter were super cool. And you get a cookie when you review them. And they have Poore Brother chips. Go here. It’s good.

Well, well, well, I came across a print out sheet menu online and seen the selection. The Jersey Girl with fresh sliced turkey, bacon, avocado, provolone cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato and mayo caught my eye based on ingredients. Having the right amount of veggies, healthy meat and saturated fat to top it off with the bacon is mmm, bon appetit! I thought, just as you, that Jimmy John’s is great, which it sure is as a delivery option but you have to try yourself Aspen Deli. Highly recommend to those that seek better options in life, including the way they nourish their respectful bodies on the intake of foods, this is a better option for you, and I guarantee it.

Love their italian sandwich, seems a little pricey, but the quality is pretty good. You will spend around $ 13 for a sandwich and drink with no chips. I recommend giving this place a go. Also, the staff always seems very friendly.

My parents ordered from aspen and had it delivered to my house as a surprise on my hectic moving day. Usually I am not a fan of veggie sandwiches, they are just boring. But aspen make the best veggie sandwich full of flavor and different than the norm. Oh and yummy deviled eggs too! So glad I now live nearby. Will visit often for sure n

So glad we happened upon this place! Found out they’ve been open less than a year. I tried the classic roast beef, a deviled egg and the potato salad. My bf had the Rueben. Everything was delicious! I’m pretty picky when it comes to deli’s but the sandwiches were piled high with meat, great bread and the salad was perfect, not dry.
Lots of little touches, fresh brewed teas, all natural sugar sodas and great service.

Came in to Aspen Deli for a breakfast burrito and left stoked. The burrito was good sized and fairly priced; which is rare downtown. The eggs are freshly cracked, the Tortilla Lady tortillas are solid, and all the ingredients are perfect. While there I got a family emergency call and needed to leave before my burrito came out of the oven. When I told them I needed to leave they quickly wrapped up my burrito and everyone wished me luck. They have good food and great hearts. Good stuff!

Delicious subs, great service. When asked for here or to go I said I’d eat here and probably bring some home after the meal. They brought half out on a plate and half wrapped up for me. Like i said, great service! Can’t wait to go back to try more of their stuff.
