I have to say I’m fairly disappointed. I finally have a real job and can afford a gym membership, but I cannot afford a $ 350 initiation fee along with a $ 47 monthly fee. I’m sad because my relationship with my girlfriend is not good enough for the gym to recognize us as a couple, and I’m sad that there aren’t really any other indoor pools that will allow us to swim which is what we’re really looking for. Just another big letdown :(

Great staff and REAL full set weight lifting equipment. Not the machine and wimpy set up that big guns like LA Fitness have there days. It is also super user friendly and gives you maximal FREEDOM! No stupid set channels like at other gyms or places that look pretty but you can’t really use. This is a gym mean for people who want to work out hard, play hard and not just subscribe to a gym to look good. Big indoor basketball court, nice outdoor pool and also indoor one too. This is a throwback — in a good way.

Love this gym. Rochelle is my favorite instructor. Wish I could make more classes but my work schedule doesn’t allow it. I like the cardio room. They recently updated the weight room but I’m a little to intimidated to go in there without my husband so i haven’t tried it out yet. I will drive to the West side to take Rochelle’s class on Saturday AM. I also like to use the empty group class rooms to do my own exercises. My only complaint is the excessive naked-ness in the locker rooms. I realize people have to change clothes but it is borderline ridiculous how women parade around buck naked in the locker rooms. There is no reason you should be blow drying your naked body in front of the mirror with a room full of other ladies. Its just weird. Maybe it’s a Southern thing, but that was very very rare back in Georgia or Alabama. Ladies, let’s have some class please. it’s also a little heavy on the children activities. Sometimes it feels like a daycare center to me. I just try and ignore that.

New to town and decided to look around for a new gym. Very expensive for what they offer. The machines were very out dated as well. The staff seemed super friendly.

Only place in Flagstaff that has two gyms, one on the West side and one on the East. Definitely over priced for such an old facility. But they do offer the most variety of classes and I am a member here so I guess the best gym in town. If it was anywhere else then no way.

New to flagstaff and had to find a gym. This place is awesome. Friendly front desk staff and never too crowded when you can’t get in and out. I am really glad to chose FAC. A huge fan!
