We loved new jersey Pizza! The staff was so friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our dinner. Has about 10 tables, isn’t too big but not super tiny. The waitress who took our order was super sweet, and the pizza and wings were great! Would definitely stop back in when passing thru flagstaff again!

Favorite pizza in Flagstaff!!! We always grab a large to go when driving through town. All fresh ingredients and they make their own mozzarella.

$ 30 for a large specialty. There were barely any toppings, it came cold, and was super thin. These are all okay if you’re charging $ 10 for a pizza. Overpriced for what you get.

Our first red flag should have been when we called to order. The employee was not willing to split a small pie in half with regards to the toppings due to the size we wanted, So he recommended 2 small pies instead. They seemed very particular about how they make there pizzas and it was a hassle to get what we. Which was half extra cheese and half meat lovers. Then the wait for delivery was 90 min so we decided to pick up which still was 45 min-50 min. Once we looked at the pizza what we thought was extra cheese on one did not appear that way. The crust was over cooked and all I can say is it was flat and plain. The meat we had on our 2nd pizza was good but crust was once again burnt and flat. The«cheese bread sticks» were burnt and did not have any flavor. The reason we choose this place is because of the great reviews. Very disappointed.

After another location wouldn’t deliver, we decided on this place. I’m a pizza snob and I say this place is true thin crust jersey pizza. But what makes it over the top is the care with the fresh ingredients. Delivery was quick for holiday weekend and he brought plates!

Want to sue about this place. It’s a hole in the wall. In fact the signs are not very visible in the dark. They were out of regular sodas and even ice. The server was friendly and the pizza was amazing. The ranch dressing was delicious as well. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. It’s definitely worth getting food here, even though they were out of ice they went out and bought me some at safeway. Thanks for the good service and good food.

Lemme just cut to the chase from the beginning, best pizza ever. Ate here a few weeks ago with a friend. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza, with mushrooms added. The crust was perfectly crisp, and chewy, as well as perfectly shaped. Ingredients are for the most part local when possible. Fresh mozzarella. Ugh, making myself hungry.

One is not going to find a better pizza place in Flagstaff. The customer service here is outstanding. Koi is hopefully going to be a partner in this restaurant that has been around for more than a dozen years now. He cares about the quality of the product and went out-of-his-way to talk to his customers. He is a very friendly person who is a great representation for a business. Donni, a cook, also likes to come out and talk to customers. The«extra mile» approach definitely helps the business, but also the community. The ingredients are fresh and picked out specifically. Nothing here is processed, even the soda! There is a bookshelf with some good reads on sustainability living. Bottom line: New Jersey Pizza is a hidden gem in Flagstaff. It is neither located near campus nor downtown, but takes a drive into central Flagstaff to get to. It might be easy to miss it when it’s dark outside. To anyone wanted an authentic pizza place and experience that the locals truly go to, come to New Jersey Pizza. It was worth the little extra drive.

We stopped in Flagstaff while driving from CA to OK. We stayed at a little hotel during a snowstorm for which we were not prepared. We are not great admirers of the chain pizza places because they use, in our opinions, a hugely unnecessary amount of cheese. We found New Jersey Pizza on Unilocal and called to see if they would deliver in the snow. They charged a $ 2.00 delivery fee and were very reasonably priced. The woman on the phone was very helpful in deciding what to order. She quoted the delivery time perfectly. When she delivered the pizza they included a bag labeled«fixins.» The fixins bag contained plastic silverware, 2 plates, many napkins, and red pepper flakes. We hadn’t requested this bag of fixins, and they may provide this service to everyone, but I like to think they assumed we would need the extra items because we were in a hotel room in a snowstorm. The pizza was pretty good, not too cheesy for us. This review is really about New Jersey Pizza’s wonderful staff and thoughtful customer service. Thank you New Jersey Pizza! :)

On a recent visit to Flagstaff wile looking for a pizza place, I being from NJ, naturally had to try this place. Boy, was I lucky I did. This place is the real deal! Locally sourced ingredients from the tomatoes for the sauce to all the different toppings you can have, this is one badass pizza joint. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Forget the wait times, totally worth it! Great job guys!

I got a veggie pizza that was cold but after I microwaved it, it was pretty good. My husband however, got a meat pizza that was pretty bad. He said the pepperoni was tasteless and the sausage had a bad flavor. The customer service was really friendly though!

Not a perfect Jersey crust but as close as you get off the East Coast. Amazing ingredients. All local, seasonal, hand crafted. They put out a top product.

This is the best pizza place in Flagstaff. The pizza is prepared like an authentic Italian pizza. The crust is tasty, without and flavor gimmicks like Dominoes and Pizza Hut have been doing recently. The toppings were generous, and the cheese was distributed perfectly. All of the ingredients are organic and locally sourced. I would order one of their vegan pies, which didn’t contain cheese but was amazing all the same, since the crust and the sauce were decent enough to carry it. Like many people have noted, the price is a little high, but to me that is because the pizza is high quality. The only thing I would avoid is their salads, which are very expensive for the amount of premium meat and cheese they put on it. Everything else is pretty good. Another note about the slow service. I have noticed that the service has dipped a bit over the past 4 years. This usually occurs when Marco, the owner is absent. I am not defending the service they had, but I do think its worth mentioning. My last order here was on a Sunday, and everything turned out fine. I have had some problems in the past, but for the most part they do well. In all, I would still highly recommend this place because it has the best pizza in town, and is among my top 5 favorite pizza places in the country. If you are a fan of the major pizza chains, or cheap greasy slices, you might be a little disappointed, because the pizza here is very different from the norm. It’s my favorite pizza place in AZ(yes even better than Pizzeria Bianco), and I recommend you give this place a visit.

In Flagstaff after a long day of traveling, all we wanted was a gluten free pizza. We found the New Jersey Pizza Co. on Unilocal, and we were so glad we did! It was the most delicious gluten free pizza we have ever had! We added salads from their menu, and they were fresh and delicious as well. Their prices were fair, and the food was great.

Been in flagstaff a year now and places like this still surprise me. I tried NJPC for the first time last night and had the Sausage Lover pizza. It was excellent. I called to make an order for carry out and went to pick up the pizza about 20 mins later. Still wasn’t ready(no prob, it’s a charming little place to sit and eat a meal as well!) Had to wait about 10 mins, but it was totally worth it. When they pull my pizza out of the oven, they said it was the best looking pizza they made all day. I concur. I love the fact that I can sit and watch them making pizza in the kitchen and I love that my pizza was in my hands less than 2 mins after coming out of the oven. The ingredients are fresh, awesome, and tasty. And they use organic produce and amazing cheese. Gotta try every pie they make!

My boyfriend and I went here on a whim for dinner, because we were both craving pizza and NJ Pizza Co. is just a few blocks from my apartment. Full disclosure: I’ve known this place exists for about 3.5 years now, but never went because it didn’t look open and, having spent the first 24 years of my life in NJ, I’m admittedly a pizza snot. The restaurant part is *tiny* and very unassuming(but they are soon about to move into a bigger space!), but there was something comforting and familiar about a no-frills pizza joint. We ordered the Chucho and were very, very happy with it! The ingredients were just right, and – most importantly – the crust was the best I’ve had in town. Being at such a high desert altitude, pizzerias in town struggle with crusts, but NJ Pizza Co. nailed it – not soggy underneath, crispy on the outside, and not too heavy or greasy. We also didn’t experience the wait issues that others have spoken of in past reviews, and we will definitely be returning with friends.
