The Print Raven

I’m impressed. The Print Raven cares about their community and this family owned small business steps up to plate to help when asked to help us all. I’ve been hearing about Ed & Betty’s business for years and finally had a chance to use their services myself. Great small town courtesy, received a professional and prompt reminder that I’d forgotten an item needed for my order and then– they deliver top quality with a smile and a fair price. Highly recommend!

I found this shop online to print some flyers for myself. Needed this done in a timely manner. I emailed the file to the shop and it was done that afternoon. Good quality print. If you’re looking to get great customer service then you probably won’t get it there. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner. I was simply asked «Can I help you?» No «Have a nice day! Thank you!» Just asked for my name, paid my bill and left. The price, quality and timely manner were great though.

I have done printing business with these folks for a while. My orders are always complete and the artwork is always included in the printing cost.
The cost is reasonable and for me worth the drive to the other side of town.
The mess in the office makes me wonder how they can find anything though.

I contacted The Print Raven to request more information about a potential rush order I needed. Ed Goodwin responded in a very jerky manner for no apparent reason. Confusing and sad.

Great concepts though service was awful. The elder gentleman who I believe owns the shop was, to say the least, difficult to work with and understand. If you have the time go for it. Otherwise try online.

This was the single best customer service I have ever had.
I went to Print Raven with a file that I needed printed as a booklet, which is an incredibly difficult thing to print well. I spoke with the store owner, and he guided me through every step I needed to get it formatted correctly for printing. He kept the store open for over an hour after the scheduled closing time so that we could finish my project. While the printing and binding were being done, he spoke with me about life in town and showed me some products that his business makes which were honestly interesting and helpful. You could tell that he enjoyed working with customers, and it was an outstanding experience.
When I went to pay, I was completely shocked by how low the price was. I offered to pay for the paper that had been wasted by a few misprints — I just felt bad that I was paying so little for such a great product and so much help! But the owner just told me that he was happy to help, and that he hoped to see me again soon.
I can’t recommend Print Raven enough. It’s the reason that small businesses should exist.
