I placed an order by phone, the guy said it would be ready in twelve minutes, when in I came in to pick up my order, they had no record of my order, I had to show the guy their phone number on my phone log, I recognized his voice as the guy that took my order! I had to order again and they said it might take 25 minutes!!! they did not apologize, did not offer me freebies, a discount or anything!!! this place sucks, never again, you need to call another pizza place! !! I wrote this review while I was waiting for my order, when I went back in the store to pick it up the cowardly manager passed my pizza off on a delivery guy to hand to me! !!!I intend to call corporate.

This location is exclusively carryout or delivery. I frequently order online. They have never gotten an order wrong. The only hitch I ever encountered was trying to use a voucher from groupon or such. Even so the manager worked it out.
Also, when waiting for pizza, you are mere feet from the crew. they are professional. The place looks clean. I hear no harsh language.
when I have gotten delivery they were plenty fast.
