Really is as good as it gets. I got my RX somewhere else, but they did not have the selection of frames or service that Ogletree has. I need 57 mm and up frames, and they had plenty to look at and show me. Very patient and helpful, especially to me as I am new to the world of glasses. I hate shoping around, and if you do too you won’t regret making this your first stop.

Quick and courteous. Staff is… Fun? They really seem to enjoy working together and their approach to their work is very customer-​friendly. Appointments started on time, facility is clean and in great condition, convenient and uncrowded. Good bedside manner with kids and adults. They give very thorough explanations of the examination and answer questions readily.
Eyeware is not cheap, but they stock a reasonable range of frames and styles to fit most budgets.
Glad we found them; wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and this is the worst eye care experience I have ever had. I’ve been back seven times and my glasses still are not correct. I finally returned the glasses and asked for my money back. Still waiting to hear from Janet Ogletree for my $ 1,400 refund. Won’t be going back again, that’s for sure.
