Salon Vincent

I went to this Salon last Saturday and got Terry to do my hair. I asked for a blonde ombré and that is definitely not what I got. I was left with a harsh line through my hair. I’m not usually one to complain so I went home thinking that I could possibly style it differently to hide it. I called back to the salon and asked to speak to someone regarding a refund and they told me I’d have to talk to Terry directly, but he was out of the salon until Wednesday. I didn’t want to wait that long to get my hair fixed because it was so embarrassing so I went to Tangerine Salon near my work instead (go to one of them instead– the price was better and they did a much better job and were way nicer too). When Terry finally called me back and I asked if he could give me some of my money back he said he would’ve fixed it but wouldn’t give me a refund even though he said he’d noticed the harsh line he’d left in my hair. Do NOT go here!

would give less stars if I could. It is way over $ 90 for highlights and cut like the review below. I went for years to Salon V paying $ 150. or whatever he felt like that day. Vincent always did my hair.
He gets the color farther and farther away from the scalp so you have to go back quicker. Old trick by hair stylists that they don’t think people know about.
He misses places by the front by the ear. He is condescending and tells customers that they don’t know what THEY want. I heard him yelling at a lady one day. Don’t waste your money. Hair salons are a dime a dozen.

This is the second time I’ve been to this salon and actually my 1^st expierence was excellent and the 2^nd time not so good. Here is why I’m not a happy customer: I went for a root touch up my 1^st time and was very happy with the color and overall enviroment. I was going home after my color, so I told the stylist that he didnt need to blow dry/​style to save time. I thought I was doing him a favor. My last appointment for a root touch up I had no plans but didnt say not to blow dry only to find out that they charge $ 25.00 to blow dry! I was so pissed! I wish they would have told me there was an extra charge to blow dry. I can understand charging for a blow out but not a blow dry after a color! Is this really how salons charge? I assumed that if you get a color, they would automatically blow dry your hair with out asking? I thought the two go hand and hand. Obviously not. Hence, I will be looking for another salon. Total bill was $ 90.00. I said wait, this is more than what was charged last visit? They said $ 65.00 for the color and $ 25.00 to blow dry. uGHH! i COULDNT BELIEVE IT.

Terry here is fabulous!!! He can do blonde like no other. Always keeps my appointments on time too, no waiting. Terry is super nice and can do an awesome hair cut too. Prices are very reasonable as well. They moved about a year and a half ago near Pei Wei.

I went to this salon for the second time today, and once again had excellent service for a fair price. I went in for an eyebrow wax and was in and out in 15 minutes with great results, and the woman who does waxing is lovely, very nice and does good work! I used to go to ULTA for my brow waxes, because they were a bit cheaper, but the service was never worth it… and they never seem to have an appointment when I want one, anyways. Salon Vincent was great about scheduling me last-​minute both this time and the last time I went!
