Worst doctor office ever… The wait time is Oh My GOD!!! Wtf… Staff is not friendly and look so mean face… I been waiting since it open over 2hours called me in the exam room… zzzzzz should name it sleep room… Forever if our reading this up still coming here to see doctor than don’t complaining because I already told u… Waste of time… So pissed off. No Stars for this… If I can

The staff at front desk were not friendly. The doctor was rush. You just could not get good feel with these people.

I came here because I had allergies.
At first it was fine… we figured out what I was allergic to and what prescription I needed.
The doctor wrote out a prescription for me but it was only good for 6 months since that’s what my insurance covers per prescription… basically I need a new prescription after six months.
My refills ran out and I needed a new one. My pharmacy called and got nothing. I went to them on a Saturday and asked hey what’s going on???
The front desk girl looked up my file and saw I had no prescription in file. So I guess I was «magically» filling my prescription. She said she only works weekends and has no idea. She said the best option for me would be to make another appointment. I told her I’m not going to pay a co-​pay just for a prescription that you guys said I would have no problem getting last time.
I need a new allergist!!!

I visited their office and had consultation with Dr. Jen, he is a very professional and well experience doctor with excellent patient care. He answer all my questions well and know what Im looking for. And their front desk girls were all very nice with perfect smile.

I am appalled at the reviews given to Dr. Jen, I always have good experience at the office. The staff are always respectful and courteous, never had a problem scheduling appointments. Dr. Jen is very professional and attentive, definitely will return again!

The staff on the front desk were very suck! Discriminating against patients! I came there around 3:30 pm, tried to walk in and sign for appointment. Once I walked in, that staff just tell me to get sign in. I told her that this was the first time I came here, and she told me to sign the «paper». And! No pen attached, so i used my own pen (blue ink)!! She asked if I have any appointment, I answered no. She was getting no patient becAuse I didn’t make appointment earlier, sounded like it’s very annoying to answer what I asked!
She told me to sign that sheet on next time when I come in, and kind of yell to me that I should use black ink. I was like wth? U didn’t provide any pen to me and not even told me what I need and should do on next!
Ok, finally I made an appointment! I ask her I would be available after 3:30pm, and she just directly made me a 3:00 pm appointment! Lol! Hello, was there any difficulties to understand in English?
btW, when I tried to leave, they spoke mandarin behind me. Said I was too annoying, bad attitude! (I do understand chinese a bit) What do u expect from me by given me a impatient look?

I can’t speak to the doctors or the office staff, because I never made it in the office nor do I ever plan on visiting them! They cancel my appointment last minute through voicemail and that’s it. I had waited over a week for this appointment and they cancel on me. no explanation. just cancelled. this is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.

A lot of my friend and family and I go to this doctor. Dr. Jen is so nice, gave us very reasonable price. We love the result (surgery), The receptionist are very sweet. Highly recommend

Dr Jen is a great physician with excellent patient care. He took his time with me and explained everything to me in detail. Dr Jen addressed all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable.

Doctor was OK, but his office staff is very inconsiderate. After the treatment course prescribed by the doctor only helped partially, I called the office to talk to the doctor. Had to spend 20 minutes with the secretary who was trying every trick in the book to make me come in again and not let me talk to the doctor. Had to explain over and over again that I just have a follow-​up question.

Best doctor/​surgeon ever!
I got my deviated septum surgery from him and I could not have been happier.
He is perfect. He makes you feel comfortable and fully addresses all your concerns during appointments.
Great doctor.
