Basic Condo Cleaning is included with every visit. This also includes extras like wiping fan blades, changing air filters, etc.
Deep cleaning can be done for a negotiable fee.
I do not mind replacing a small appliance or running an errand if you cannot get to it yourself. I will keep receipts for reimbursement.
