I decided to go to this party store as a customer recommended it. I placed an order for 2 dozen balloons for my baby shower. I paid for them and left instructions with the owner as far as time of pick up and emphasized how important it was for them to be ready on time. I also paid an additional charge for a serum that makes the balloons last longer. He wrote me out a claim ticket and attached my receipt. My mother and I went in the next day to pick up my order and both associates had no idea about my order. Not only does this show a lack of customer service it also proved that there is no loyalty within this business. I waited for the associates to put my order together even though the wait ruined my schedule I had in place for my babyshower needs. I did not receive a reimbursement or an apology from the owner. However, I asked the two associates if they would compensate me by giving me the additional balloons that they had blown up by accident. They gave me half a dozen with the fact that I had to ask for them. The quality of the balloons was another disaster as my guests did not get to see the balloons. They ended up popping within 3 hrs after we put them up. The additional serum must have been another way for this business to pocket money. Please don’t bring your business here unless you want to be dissapointed.

Horrible customer service! I went in 2 weeks ago to get prices, the owner said he usually didn’t deliver to my area but he would on this occasion. I went in today and spent over an hour talking over what we needed and writing out the order, when the owner asked for the address he said he didn’t deliver to our area. The owner and other employees are rude once you find out where you live and refuse service.
