Great service, Jr. Help me decide on what lift and tire setup would work for my needs, I ended up getting a 6 inch lift with 35inch tires on 20×10 fuel wheels and my truck looks awesome, I dropped my truck in the morning and it was ready the same day that is convenient especially if you have a busy schedule. Very happy with service overall.
I will definitely go back, and will recommend to all my friends and family

Best place in town! I was shopping for some new tires, and thought I could find a good deal on Craigslist. After shopping around for a few days, I decided to give Gomez a call and got a quote from Jr. that was lower than what I was seeing on CL! So I made an appointment and had all 4 tires installed and balanced, even got a free brake check while I was there! I have been coming here for about a decade now, and Jr. has always treated me like family. I highly recommend this place and have recommended it to all my friends and family members!

Guys over here hooked it up with some amp steps. Been bringing all my trucks and cars here since 2008 and never had a problem. Super chill and friendly.

I have been going to Gomez Custom Wheels for the past 10 years. Best prices in Socal specially compared to LA prices. I grew up in the area and still drive out there for all my Rim and Tire needs.
It’s a family own business so they have the flexibility to work with you on prices compared to corporate shops. And convinetely they have a large selection from affordable to high end wheels and tires. If they dont have it they will find it for you.

I went to several places looking for rims and tires and I found Gomez Custom Wheels. As a woman you know that most of us dont know alot about rims and tires, but they were soo helpful. They took their time with me and provided GREAT customer service!!! And the prices were very reasonable! I am soo satisfied with the way they left my tires and rims. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best of the best tires and rims at reasonable prices! You wont regret it!

I recently hit a very bad pot hole, my stock rim was completely damaged and useless to me afterwards. Needles to say I went looking for new rims. I stumbled upon this jewel of a rim shop where they not only gave me a great amazing deal but they also were very accommodating to my needs. Jr was very helpful without being overwhelming he offered his opinion ask what I was looking for and gave me the pros and cons of various types of rims. I let Jr know that I wouldn’t be able to pick my car up until after work the next day at 7pm, he made adjustments and figured something out so that I could pick my car up with out any hassle. Very nice business and I will recommend this shop for all your tire needs. I will be back for all of mine. If your reading this thanks again Jr.

I HATE this place! It was a complete waste of my time & energy! They wouldn’t know what customer service looked like if it fell on their heads! Their employee, Jr is the worst! EVER! He must be the owner’s son because no owner in their right mind would continue to employ someone like him. Well not if they’re interested in making money they wouldn’t.
Regrettably I took my car for a very simple rim repair. I drove over 40 minutes twice before they finally repaired the car. When I returned to pick up my car at 6;34pm, (yes, 4 minutes after closing) I found a dark and empty lot with my car left unlocked and abandoned. Mind you I called the business 5 minutes BEFORE closing to inform them I was just moments away but those efforts were futal because the phones were already turned off and not being answered!!! I respect that the employees have to leave at 6:30 but maybe answering the phone DURING business hours would have offered them/​him some insight as to what we could do for me to get my car and NOT BE STRANDED for 2 hours in Fontana AT NIGHT alone!!! But then again that’s the customer service I was talking about that clearly they/​he knows nothing about!!! The employee Jr took NO accountability for his actions or concern for my inconvenience but wanted to tell me about HIS family and HIS NEED to leave on time & what was important to HIM!!! I’m sorry… how does that concern me when I WAS THE ONE STRANDED OUTSIDE in FONTANA FOR 2 FREAKIN HOURS??? Ohhh I know. maybe HEE’S the customer & IM the one providing the service! Ummm… NOT!!!
The repercussions of doing business with Gomez Custom Tires does not stop there. Because I had to drive yet another 40 minutes back to Fontana to pick up my car the next morning, both my husband and I missed work today only to get there and have a ridiculous argument with the service provider (JR). Hence this review!!! & a funky start to my FRIDAY!
Hope this helps someone but more importantly I hope this gives some insight to the business owner that changes need to be made because obviously customers aren’t happy!

worst place to do business, this people do not know what customer service is. i have worked in retail my whole life and i am a currently a manager at a large reputable company where customer service is a must! i can assure you Gomez Custom wheels does not know what that means. in two separate occasions they have damage my wheels/​tires the first time they tried to lie and tell me that was how the wheels were brought in until one of their workers actually said the truth that they were damage there. these people are very confrontational and like someone else said they dont even acknowledge you when you walk in because they are always on their phone and when you ask questions they seems to be bother and answer very rudely.
i am all for small business owners, but do not bring this place any of your business.

I went in to get some pricing. The guy seemed upset that he had to get off his personal call to help me. Honestly, confrontational and moody. If you don’t like to help customers, you shouldn’t be in retail. Would go other places before going here.

Went there a couple weeks or a month and couple weeks ago and same great service. They helped repair my flat tire and balance and rotate. $ 30 out of pock and that was just for balance. ALso advised me o my rim condition. Good shop. I will be back for my next rotation and whatever other tire service I need…

Very poor communication! extra added fees for using your credit cards! And no responsibility for their own mistakes. Took me an extra week to get my rims very inconvenient! Make sure you get the specifics before making any purchase from Gomez!!!
