J & L RV Repair has been in business since 1984. The company was founded and owned by Joe & Martha Lozoya, who believe in providing excellent customer service since they first opened. Over the years we have expanded our knowledge through various workshops and also by visiting major manufactures for all types of recreational vehicles. With over a 100 years of experience with all of our employees, we are sure to provide excellent service to our customers and their vehicles needs. Joe is the man, he will not stir you wrong. Joe’s being in the RV repair business most of his life. You will find no other that is wore knowledgeable in RV repairs and TRUSTWORTHY than Joe. Customer Service is #1 with Joe. I’ve have taken our first Georgetown SE to him in 2004. No matter if we had an Warranty issue or things we thought we need to add onto the coach, he and his crew can do it and do it in a PROFESSIONAL level.
Now, he will take care of our 2017 Thor Palazzo. He knows these coaches inside and out.

We were referred to J&L through our RV manufacturer, Thor. We had an issue with our main wall slide, and I asked to speak to the service department. Boy was I shocked.
Not only was the office staff super friendly, they were VERY knowledgeable. They knew what our issue was, described it back top me in detail, explained the process, all in about 5 minutes.
Then, once we arrived, we were greeted immediately, and made to feel welcome. Joe, the owner, personally evaluated our issue and worked with the manufacturer. We were on a tight schedule, but the immediate attention to detail and knowledge of the solution helped us get back on the road as planned.
Every step of the way we were always made to feel great. Everyone was super friendly, up front, and no surprises. If you ever need someone who can give you honest answers and excellent service, at a great price, this is the place!

My experience with J&L was nothing less than first class and refreshing! I had scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday and couldn’t make it out there, so on Wednesday I drove out there (70 miles from Manhattan Beach) for a factory step recall for my 2012 Thor Sprinter. Upon arriving, after missing my scheduled appointment, they graciously accepted me. When I showed up, I noticed they were jam packed with RV’s — typical of an RV Repair shop. I thought «oh-​no, this could take all day». I walked in and was greeted by Patty and Jolene who welcomed me and within 20 minutes had Joe under my RV assessing what needed to be fixed. I asked Joe if he was a service writer and his response was «I am the owner». Pleasantly surprised to see the owner under my rig. To sum it up, when I called Thor Manufacturor to get my recalled part, they highly recommended J&L and told me this was the best choice… and Im glad I chose them. They were great, fixed my RV quickly and without any hassles. Best RV Service experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to the J&L family!

My RV needed a routine service — engine oil, oil filter, air filter, etc. The kind of work not done at J&L. I had taken it to McBride’s RV Service in Chino, where they do routine work. While there, I mentioned that the steps to the side door were sagging, so McBride’s inspected and found that the metal support was suffering metal fatigue and was ripping and they could fix it. Since the RV was already there, I let them do the repair. Big mistake. All they did was weld the ripped metal and the ‘repair’ lasted less than six months. A quick inspection by J&L’s owner, Joe, revealed that the McBride weld had just furthered the metal fatigue. Joe then told me, «I would shoot myself before I would send out a coach with a ‘repair’ like that.» J&L did a proper reinforcement of the step’s support structure and it is more solid now than when new.
If you want a repair to be done, and done right the first time, take your RV to J&L in Fontana and you will not be disappointed. They are honest, with very reasonable pricing, and do top quality work.

I purchased a used Motorhome and had some problems with the Frig, Air Conditioner and waste tanks. J&L did the warranty work and I am pleased with the experience and the work performed and the whole experience. I will be taking my motorhome back to J&L for maintenance and repairs if needed.

We recently purchased a new Coachmen RV. When we took possession there were a few things that hadn’t been taken care of by the dealer. We contacted Forest River who referred us to J&L RV Repair to take care of these issues. Joe at J&L was very friendly and helpful in helping us identify things that needed to be repaired. He worked closely with Forest River to get approvals to complete the work. The work was done in a timely manner. During the process Jolene kept us apprised of what had been done and what was waiting for delivery of parts. We would have no problem referring our friends to J&L and look forward to working with them in the future.
