HORRIBLE!!! Run away from this business as fast as your can!!! I provide a deposit and we discussed that I had already purchased an above the counter vessel sink. They came out to install and had screwed up and cut the hole already for an under mount sink. On installation day, the installers brought a sink with them obviously in hopes I would accept the new sink and the counter top. They wanted to refund my money but I wanted the work done and done correctly. I was strung along for weeks, missed installation appointments for the supposedly new counter top. DON“T USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would. Be warned not to use this company. They ran out of granie and OBVIOUSLY used two different stones. I understand every slab is different but when you use two differnet colors of DIFFERENT granite it is unacceptable. I had to tell them of multiple things that needed to be fixed and it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back. I wish I could post photos so you can see the poor work that was done.,
Appoitnments: they said 4 different days that they would be there and never showed up. When I would ask SAM what was going on he would make it seem like yeah don’t worry well be there soon. Well time is valuable and having consideration is any thing that he should learn.
His workers even agreed when I showed them the type of stuff I was talking about because he never came back himself. Just to collect the money. HIs workers told me to keep on him cuz if not he would just let it go.
A year later: the granite is coming apart from the walls,., it wasn’t applied properly and they used clear adhesive in one area that is NOT AN UGHLY YELLOW behind and along the beige granite. and white in other areas. Im so disappointed. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. as mentioned in another review (that I wish I would have read) he even changed his company name because of the bad reviews from the other company. He responded unprofessionbally of course blaming the customer. GET A CLUE SAM. you run a scam business and rip people off. I haven’t recommeneded this company to any of my friends that have all needed granite But I have definitely ADVISED Them NOT to use this company.

We had a kitchen remodel done. Ultimately it came out OK but it was a painful experience. Many days workers didn’t show up. Painters came without brushes and other equipment. Little to no care in how they treated our property.

My contract may have been with Rob, but King’s stonework did substandard work. I sat home on three occasions waiting because Sam said they would be here and no one showed up and no one called. The finish work was non existent and several of the cabinets didn’t fit. In fact in one cabinet, a side panel was put in upside down. Furthermore, King’s attempted to use my old plumbing and electrical fixtures until I stopped them. On top of that, a hot electrical wire was buried between one of the cabinets and the wall and when I hired an electrician he found the wire King’s used was the wrong gauge and was a fire hazard. Shoddy work is shoddy work. I am just lucky that Rob stepped up and corrected all of the mistakes made by King’s Stonework. As I said earlier, buyer beware. This is a totally unprofessional company.

We had the worst experience with this Granite installer, our big granite job looks awful! Sam Fuentes won’t come back and fix it or replace it. We had many appointments and he «no showed» several times and canceled on us at the last minute, Sam has an excuse for everything. Very unprofessional company! Also, he changed his company name from Global Natural Stone Fabrication in Whittier, CA. to King’s Stonework Inc. this year in 2013. Maybe he is trying to get away from all the bad installs he did.
