HORRIBLE!!! Worst company ever!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else… We ordered a large party package with tables, chair, canopy and jumpers for my grandsons 1^st birthday party… They only respond via txt. Said they wanted to drop off the night before due to multiple deliveries. But, never showed up. They txt on Saturday and said they would arrive by 12 noon. Then again txt they will come at 130pm… They NEVER SHOWED UP. Never answered the phone or responded to any of our texts. We had to start looking for other jumper places last minute. We were expecting 60 guest in 2 hrs.
Thank goodness for Macias Jumpers they saved our party!!! they apologized for the other company and said this isn’t the 1^st time this company leaves customers waiting or not showing up. Bruno and his daughter showed up to our house within the hour and had us completely set up. Bruno was AMAZING… Give them a call at 951−761−0197.
Don’t waste your time or money unless you want terrible customer service from K&B party rentals.

I am giving them 2 stars because they are pretty cheap and I have used them twice before with no problems, but you get what you pay for I guess this time I ordered a month in advance chairs and tables, and they never showed! and they did not respond to my many text asking where are you and where is the stuff i ordered, had to call around and luckily I found another place who rushed the stuff over, they finally responded the day after I was and am not happy.

Horrible place. Do not get you rentals from them. We were throwing a party for my 7 year old nephew and all he wanted was a jumper. So I order from here a slide jumper and some tables and chairs. The owners had agreed to drop it off the night before as the party was at 11am Saturday. We received a phone call the night before telling us they were not going to drop it off till the next morning at 12pm. We informed them the party was at 11am so they said they would be here by 10am. No one was here by 10am. Called them again and they said well we are really busy and we are having truck problems. Hello I know your busy but I order from you, I am one of the customers your suppose to be busy helping. They said they would come by 11am. We say well the party is at 11 so we hope we are getting a big discount and they say yes $ 15 off. Are u serious this mess is their mistake and you think $ 15 off is going to be okay. 11am comes and still no jumper. Again they said we are having truck problems we can be there by 1pm. I ended up cancelling and all they could say was sorry. They need to say sorry to my nephew who thinks his party is ruined now.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

We’ve use this company 3 – 4 times and each time the service declined in quality and convenience. The service is absolutely terrible.
This most recent time, I requested delivery on Friday before our Saturday party (they’re always late, last year they arrived WHEN our party started. We tried again thinking maybe it was just a one time mistake). Friday at 5pm, I had not heard from them. I contacted them, and they told me they had to reschedule to Saturday morning and asked «is that okay.» I told them it was not, and the jumper, tables, and chairs needed to be at our home before 11am. They arrived at 11am Saturday, with the incorrect number of tables.
In addition, due to winds we couldn’t have the canopy (understandably). The new price was quoted to $ 120. I checked online and the items we had rented, plus a piñata, was listed for $ 105. They did honor that price, but I was irritated that they did not offer me that package to begin with.
For pick up, I did not hear from them for two days, and in that case they said «we have to reschedule the pick up», which was never scheduled to begin with. Finally, four days later, I tell them the items need to be picked up ASAP after they had not arrived. It was 7pm at this point. They finally picked up the items at 8pm. At this point, our grass beneath the jumper had died. It had been covered and we couldn’t water.
This company is extremely difficult to work with, grossly unprofessionally, and lacks integrity. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware! Do Not Order from this company if your having an event or party. I ordered from them in advance for a Super Bowl Party and they failed to deliver and left my family without table and chairs. First they contacted m and said they had to delay the delivery and ultimately canceled the entire order because they «had delivery problems.» As a customer, it was the worst party delivery service I have ever felt with. If your family and friends mean anything to you take your business elsewhere.

I hate leaving bad reviews but… My party was on Saturday, lady texted me thursday asking if they could drop off the stuff on thursday between 5pm-​7pm I said yes with no extra charge. 9pm and still haven’t came. They got here almost at 10pm. I ordered chairs, tables, heaters and a jumper. When we set up the jumper Saturday it was old and had a big hole threw the side. And dirty had crumbs of chicharrón, bread and other mystery stuff. They were suppose to pick up Sunday «anytime» they said well it’s 10pm and «anytime» never came… I texted the lady n she said Monday for sure. Monday came and it was already 6pm she said by 5pm it would be picked up. I texted her and she said no later than 7pm well it was 9:30pm by the time the guy came.
If you have time to wait around for these people be my guest. But it’s truly a guessing game when it comes down to it… will not be using this business in the future.

The only reason they get any stars is because their prices are good. Part of our original agreement included delivering the day before our event. Normally they deliver the day of. When they were ultimately 3 hours late from their original 12 – 4 pm delivery window, I was told I wouldn’t be getting a discount because they were doing me a favor by delivering early. When they finally got to the house, they were efficient, professional and quality products. The next day pickup was supposed to be before noon, but as of 430pm, they still haven’t picked them up and I’ve been initiating ALL CONVERSATIONS regarding time. At one point, they assumed we would let them pick up their stuff two days after our event. If your time is valuable, DON’T use these guys.

Very pleased with the service, pricing and quality and cleanliness of the rentals. Rented 10 tables and table covers, 50+ chairs, 2 space heaters, portable restroom and a jumper all for about 400 $. Will definitely be a returning customer.

A little torn with this one, the pricing was REALLY good and I was glad they took the time to clean the jumper inside and out when it was set up the night before as I always worry about dirty jumpers. However I do have to agree with some of the reviews about the down side to it as well. They were supposed to arrive Friday at 5 and I waited and waited finally around 8:45 they arrived to deliver. I agree that the tables did need cleaning but I expected I always clean them anyway so no biggie. I was concerned that the extension to the jumper was almost completely torn off and could be a major fire hazard.
As for pick up I asked what time they would be by Sunday to pick up and I was told they weren’t sure but I would get a text letting me know. I waited and waited again, I cant leave my back door open because I have a dog. Finally around 7:30 PM i recieved a text that they wouldnt be picked up until Monday sometime between 10:30 and 1:00PM. Had I known that in the first place I would have been ok with it, but I in turn wasted my whole Sunday waiting around for a pick up that never came when I had plenty of errands to run.
Had it not been for the poor communicatio I would have given a higher review.

most unprofessional, lazy people ever!!! everything negative people below me wrote is exactly what i’m here to confirm but worse
1, they kept rescheduling the time they would drop off only to say theyd come the next day 2, when night time came around and i needed to use the canopy we rented their light bulb didn’t work inside and when we asked them to come fix it they said yes they would in 2 hours or they could dock off 20 $ when we paid 185 $ for a canopy we couldnt even use anymore for our night party ! 3, they never ever showed up after those 2 hours came around to fix it or even called and it’s been 3 days later and still no call or text from them even when i’m asking when are they going to pick everything up– so not only did they not fix it or reimburst us but they are using our backyard as a storage for their tent and chairs which btw are ugly and dirty! they do not clean their equipment or take care of it! stay away from this company it’s a nightmare working with them.

I called to order a canopy with 5 tables and 50 chairs a week prior to the event, so I admit it was a bit last minute. They were very responsive via text (which was helpful). However the tables and chairs that were delivered were very dirty. We had to scrub them before we could use them. The event was August 1^st and they still have not picked up the items. They called and said that the truck broke down and that they were working on it… Overall assessment I would not recommend them.

Horrible service. They delivered my order on time, however they did not deliver exactly what i ordered (they were short on tables and chairs), but i was able to get my order for a discounted price.
When i asked what time pickup would be I was told that she couldbt give me a time but she would text me before they came. It was late afternoon on the day of pickup and i hadnt heard from them. So i text them and they told me that thy would pick it up the next da but that she couldn’t give me an exact time. I demanded they at least give me a time frame. I was told it would be from 10 to 11. At 10:40 i was told the pickup guy was on his way so i unlocked the gate. At 4 o’clock i asked what time they would come and they still haven’t replied. It is now 6 oclock and they haven’t arrived. They act like people don’t have jobs or dogs that need to be let out. Such a waste of my time. They are so unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. Wish i could give them zero stars.

Completely unacceptable! I know it’s a little long but it’ll save you the headache and frustration!
Called to order 6 tables and 40 chairs on Monday, everything was fine and we were told we would get a confirmation two days prior to the event.
Friday rolls around and still no confirmation from them, texted them asking if my order was still being delivered and they sent the conformation hours later.
Day of the event (Saturday) they show up with the order wrong and instead of trying to get us what was missing they just said they wouldn’t charge it… After the event, which ended around 7pm we texted them asking when they would pick up the tables and chairs and we were told that they weren’t picking up that night and that they would do it the next day. When asked what time they would, they responded they didn’t know but that that they would let us know ahead of time. It is now MONDAY 5:52 pm and the tables and chairs ARE STILL HERE. It is incredible how unprofessional these people are and the lack of communication is ridiculous! My house is not a storage unit for their tables and chairs and I don’t appreciate having to leave my gate unlocked two days straight because they can’t seem to make up their minds about when to come pick them up. Completely unprofessional and lazy! Not to mention that the tables were dirty and had fragments of table cloths from prior parties still taped or stuck to the legs. Don’t own a business if you can’t provide decent service. We have been more than patient for the last two days contacting them with very little or no response.

I called about a week before my sons bday and was really nervous about getting a good priced jumper and tables. They had the best prices by far and everything was really clean. They delivered everything the night before and actually left it over the weekend which was nice because my kids enjoyed having a jumper for the weekend! :) they communicated mostly through text which was different but I actually preferred it since I was really busy all week. All in all it was great and I will definitely use them again for future parties!

STAY AWAY!!! This is the first bad review I have ever given a company on a website but I feel it is important for others to know how horrible the customer service is with K and B. I reserved tables, chairs, a bouncer and a canopy for my daughter’s birthday party a month before my event. ONE DAY before the party, they called me and cancelled my canopy order. I couldn’t have all my guests out in the sun and heat all afternoon, which is why I ordered a canopy in the first place. After several exchanges back and forth I was told to find another company. I had to scramble and search for everything again the day before my daughter’s party. It was horrible. Thankfully I was able to find another company that was able to help me and saved my daughter’s party at the last minute. I would not recommend anyone using this company.

My sister ordered tables and chairs nearly two months in advance of an event. The day of the event they did not call or show up. I would never recommend using this company unless you enjoy scrambling around at the last minute and the extra stress.

I called KB Party Rentals 5 days before my son’s birthday party, which is very last minute. They were able to accommodate my rental needs without a problem and had the lowest prices in the area! They confirmed a delivery time 2 days before the party and showed up when they said they would. The tables and chairs were all clean and in good condition. The day after the party, they contacted me with a pick up time frame and again arrived on time. I was really happy with how it went so nice and easy and I was very satisfied with their service! I would definitely use them again and would refer them to family and friends!

K&B party rentals provided great service. I was very satisfied with their Reasonable prices and service. I would recommend them anytime!

HORRIBLE!!! Z E R O stars… I had plans for ten tables 80 chairs and a jumper with these people for over a month and the day of they said they would arrive before 1pm because the party started at 2pm… They NEVER SHOWED up. I talked to them last when they said they were finishing up another order them headed to my house … Never showed up it was a complete disaster. Fuck this place.

First off, I’d like to be fair and preface that I waited until a week before my event to start looking for chairs, tables and patio heaters. Most rental places were already booked, however K&B came through, informing me that they could deliver all the chairs, tables and patio heaters for my event on a Saturday at 4pm.
The PROS: the prices are very fair, including the price for the patio heater… charging $ 55 per heater, with a full tank of propane. Most places you can expect to pay about $ 75.
The CONS: Communication! Ugh. First off, i called to place my rental order on a monday, and the lady on the phone informed me that I would get a call on Thursday to provide me with the time frame and date of my delivery (which would either be friday or saturday). I get NO call on thursday. I end up having to call her on Friday afternoon to see what was going on. She informs me that she was just about to call me. Nonetheless, the delivery is scheduled for Saturday morning between 9 – 1. On Saturday, the day of my event, the chairs and tables arrive at 10am, however I am informed that the 4 patio heaters I had ordered would be arriving later on, but for sure by 3pm. My event started at 4pm, and mind you… it was a cold evening. I begin to get texted messages around 3 that my heaters would be coming in a bit late… due to a flat tire. Then 4pm rolls around and still no heaters. My guests begin to arrive and feel so bad because they are sitting outside in the cold air. I get another text that she is sorry for the inconvenience… and that apparently one of the heaters was broken too. At this point its 5pm and they finally arrive. They set up the 3 heaters and get them going.
Now…you would think that after coming late, arriving 1 hour into my event, that they would at least consider giving me a discount for the inconvenience, especially as they even weren’t able to provide all 4 heaters. NOPE… they didnt… all they said was not to pay the price for the 4^th heater.
HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll put it this way… it you like low prices… go with these guys, but be prepared for horrible communication, poor customer service, AND stress… the stress of knowing that you’ll likely have a late delivery.
UGH!
i’ll look elsewhere next time.
