I love Starbucks!!! But this location sucks big time! They have rude workers! And they always get orders wrong :-(I have started going to the foothill/citrus one now although this one is closer.

This Starbucks has clueless employees who have no idea how to treat a customer. In my experience of coming here twice would suffice to never come back again. I ordered a Trenta very berry refresher with added strawberries thru mobile order. Now keep in mind when it comes to Starbucks certain add ons have a charge.(Strawberries) So to my surprise when I got there to pick it up it had no blackberries whatsoever. I was like umm isn’t that one of the main ingredients ??? It’s like asking for a coffee with milk and they don’t put milk. Do you get me? Now I asked why it had no blackberries and what do you know? They ran out ! Haha wow Starbucks back at it again with the BS. So I get charged $ 5 for a drink that is CLEAR and has no berries included. The drink is supposed to be red to a darker reddish color.(see my other picture on Unilocal) It’s already paid for so I took it. Did not like it so I threw it away. The barista didn’t even apologize for not having the fruit. Just giving a warning when you order a drink from this particular Starbucks location.

The wait for the drive thru is ridiculously horrible I come here often, the times that I do they take forever, I’ve never had to wait so long at Starbucks. I’m better off going to the one inside target on slover and Sierra!

Staff is usually pretty good with timing but today was a horrible experience. The staff looked lazy and took 15min to make my drink when it wasn’t even busy

Something has to be done about this crappy SB!!! I waited in line 20 min for ice coffee & when I got to window they said«we out of ice coffee» wth is going on? It’s a coffee shop!!! Service sucks! Drive thru takes way to long & employees have terrible attitudes!!! Need a new manager ASAP!!!

I go to this location all the time and my service and order is usually fine. But today there was no line I still waited longer than usual for my food, coffee was fine. I ordered the mozzarella and buffalo panini along with the new spicy chorizo sandwich. To my surprise when I finally opened it. The sandwiches were extra toasty or burnt as I like to call it. I normally don’t complain but for the price I had to vent. So disappointed…

So I guess I live in a random location where, as much as this location frustrates me, I always end up here when I’m ending the day, with no other(close) Starbucks option. I’ve come to love and hate this location because as much as I hate their drive thru(always a line damn-near to Staters), I love how they end up being quick when I physically get out of my car and get in line. For some reason, only the guys move fast, but I guess it balances out.

This location is so bad that I wish they would close it and build a Coffee Bean instead, and I’ve never even had Coffee Bean. I really want to go to this Starbucks more often, it’s right next to home and I work graveyard shifts — would love to pick up something before heading to work. Unfortunately, regardless of how many times I come here, hoping it would be better… it never gets better. Out of all the other times they have messed up an order, today was my last purchase ever at this Starbucks. Doesn’t matter how convenient it is for me, would much rather drive the miles for a better service. The wait time is slow, every. Single. Time. The baristas are ok — there’s some good ones and there’s bad ones, just like any other place. What bothers me the most is that, this is the home of hand crafted drinks. Every single time that I order, there has got to be something wrong with the drink. Today I ordered a hot chocolate with no whip, how hard could it be right? Well, it tasted like warm milk with Swissmiss chocolate mix… I got home and added more cocoa powder and sugar to my liking. Why would I go to Starbucks for something I can make at home? The other thing too that was crazy, was that my cup felt very light… when I took off the lid, about 1⁄3rd of the cup was missing. I wouldn’t make the effort to drive back at all because it’s a waste of my gas and energy.

This Starbucks is the worst in service. On average takes 20 – 30 minutes to get through the drive thru!!! I submitted a complaint to Starbucks directly today as I sat in my car for 10 minutes and didn’t move an inch. I have given this store several opportunities to make it right for me and I will not be back.

Drive thru takes way too long, over 20min & staff seems unorganized. Not the greatest place when you’re in a hurry.

Very slow Starbucks. Numerous times I had to wait 20 minutes for drinks and I usually get one or two drinks. They never apologize for the long wait either. At least give us a discount like other Starbucks for the long wait. Wish they had better customer service. I only go here because it’s the closest one from my home.

Sigh* I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s on my way to work. Sadly after giving it numerous chances, I will no longer be going here. Service is ALWAYS slow and the workers aren’t very friendly. Every morning I say good morning and they never respond back. Also, they never say sorry for taking SOOOO long. So sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fast and easy! Seating inside and outside. Got our drinks within 5 minutes. Drive through too. Another great Starbucks location!

The reason I’m not giving this location a 1 star review is because that honor actually belongs to a different Starbucks in the same city but a different zip code of 92336. My favorite baristas no longer work here. They either got promoted to store manager and now run their own store in a different city, they now live in Portland, Oregon, or some other valid reason. My drinks and food were usually fresh enough tasting and hot enough or cold enough. This wasn’t always true however. I chose not to complain to management all the time because it felt like too much of a hassle. I used to believe all Starbucks stores were company owned but earlier this year someone told me some are actually franchise stores. This location seems to be company owned because I’ve seen the company district manager here on multiple occasions. However, they might provide this service for franchise stores also. I have no idea because I no longer work for Starbucks and that was over 10 years ago! My favorite Starbucks pastry is the chocolate croissant but I actually prefer Panera’s chocolate croissant because it tastes like it’s been made that same day early in the morning. At least once I went out of my way to buy this at Panera even though Starbucks is 25 minutes closer to my home.

This location literally sucks. Been waiting in the drive thru currently for approximately 25 minutes 3TIMESALREADY. The workers here are taking there sweet time. Unbelievable this site isn’t worth the wait. Might as well drive an extra 10 minutes to another Starbucks location for some quality service. Thank you so much!

Usually come here often and and about 2 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. i was very disappointed to find that this was one of those times. I waited 15 mins(which is expected at this starbucks) and they got my order wrong after I specifically asked for white peppermint Hot chocolate instead gave me a hot white mocha with peppermint.

I’m not a fan of this location, but its on my way to work so I’ll stop if I can afford to(time wise). I do feel that it is slower than most, but also it is one of the busiest ones I’ve ever been in also that it makes me feel bad. The swiftness of the service isn’t the best. Anyway, I ordered through mobile probably at least 10 minutes before getting there in hopes I would get lucky. Not. So here’s my reasoning for a 5 star. It’s a franchise. And a busy one at that so y’all who want your grade A service, remember that you already know how Starbucks can get to begin with. I’ve never gotten an attitude there regardless of the pace. My drink has never gotten mistaken, and I’m one of those who adds shots, tweak the order and what have you. I already know that if I order from here when it’s busy then to add a couple of more minutes to my wait time. On mobile it tells me 4 – 9 minutes but before I pull into the parking lot I know better. Now, because of the attentiveness of one of the employees receives my stars here. I didn’t say anything just step to the side like the rest of the customers and wait even though it’s 10 minutes past the time I made my order. The girl is swamped with tons of cups lined up. She looks over at me and says hi are you Annette? Yes I respond… Okay. Just double checking you do want your drink hot right?(Even though on mobile you choose iced or just the name of the drink). I answer, and she says ‘Great just wanted to make sure’ and then a moment later I have my drink. And with the end she says thank you. It’s the quality of the people who are trying to give you what you want and how they represent themselves is the reason why people go to these stores. Drink was made right, service was great. Would I stop in there if I had a better choice? Probably not, but thank you.

Easy Breezy! On my usual doctors appointment to the Fontana KP we arrived early and had about 30 minutes to kill, we were in need of some caffeine ASAP! Sure enough Unilocal pulled up a Starbucks that was still close enough to get back to the hospital! Not only did we find a SB, we found a gigantic shopping center with a plethora of places to eat, a grocery store, a Chevron with a Jack in the Box connected! I couldn’t believe how much stuff we found and we’ve been coming to Fontana almost every month for the past few months! I’m so glad we found this SB since you have to properly feed the human before she turns into a beast(Alexis B.) as for me all I need is a fast food spot to get a delicious Iced Coffee(pshh there’s is better than SB and a lot cheaper) This parking lot is a potential CF so just warning you, usually when I come its after the morning rush and it’s simmered down a bit. Everytime we’ve gone their spot on with our order and haven’t messed up! My go to center when I’m in the IE! ^__^
