Great customer service. Went in 20 minutes before closing to make a quick deposit for an employee. The teller who helped me, Agustin, was very nice and made an effort to have a conversation while processing the transaction. The wait in line wasn’t too long and there were several tellers available.

I haven’t had the best experiences at Wells Fargo BUT this branch is awesome! They were friendly and on top of it! I opened my business account with Valerie Rodriguez and she was the best. Super professional and helpful!

I come here about twice a week. Most of the time I’m out in less than 5 minutes for a straight deposit since they have a separate line for business customers. The staff here is very friendly and courteous. I’m giving it four stars because sometimes the lines do take forever.

I come here solely for my company to make deposits and it moves pretty quickly, if you stand in the business line it takes priority over the regular line. The staff are friendly they always greet you when you walk in, sometimes they will open the doors for you. I think they treat you better than Bank of America across the way.

There’s 18 people ahead of me and 11 behind me and there’s only 3 windows open, and 6 employees standing around doing nothing. And every single teller thinks good customer service means telling every customer the same corny joke. I swear standing in line I’ve heard the same joke five times. Move your butts. That’s good customer service.

OMG this bank had the slowest tellers in the entire city & there are 4 windows open each teller wants to have a conversation about your entire family, they need to just get to their job! Service the customer don’t ask me all sorts of questions when there are 30 people in line behind me! Horrible bank, I went to the Chase inside the market and they were so much faster & had less tellers. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BANK!!!

Bank is clean and kept up. Customer service is great, very friendly staff. The only reason why I’m not giving this bank 5 stars is because it is always busy, no matter what time I have ever showed up at there is a long line. I understand banks are busy but this one is extra busy (at least 10 people in line). Shopping center parking lot is also always full which creates a bit of traffic in front of the bank.

Busy bank but what bank isn’t. No complaints. Generous staff and good environment and there are other stores around to eat, gas up, grocery shop and get your meds. And also there is a Starbucks for those high strung people with caffeine addictions we all have something we are addicted to

Slowest bank I’ve ever been to! If you have any other branch within distance go to that one. I have been standing in line for almost 20 minutes now. Unacceptable, workers who are not assisting customers at least look like you’re busy!
