I love this bank! Been a member for almost 17 years and have had always a great experience. The one person that has stood out to me in the times that I have been in there needing specific help has been Ian. Such a polite young man and makes sure you leave with all of the information you need, noted and thorough.

Long story short, the customer service here is awesome. The manager has gone out of her way to help many times with stolen credit card information and our home purchase, the tellers are always helpful and awesome, and I have always felt like a welcome customer here.
Even better, now that I have left the neighbourhood, I am getting the same good vibes from my new local branch. I was upset when my husband opened this account because I don’t trust banks, but UBOC is a great financial partner.

Once again, another great experience with Union Bank! I’ve been a customer with UBOC (first in Tustin, now in FR) since moving to the US 11 years ago and they continue to be helpful even to today… most notably in helping myself establish good US credit (Canada credit is useless here).
I come into the branch on occasion (there’s some things you can’t do online) and it’s nice to see familiar faces who remember you by name. Also, if you keep a set minimum of $$ in your account you basically never pay service charges. In an age of nickel and diming this is almost unheard of but very appreciated.
Yes, I’ve had my debit/​credit card # stolen before. Multiple charges upwards of $ 2400 in a matter of 30 minutes charged in Spain. I WISHED it was me! UBOC caught it right away and shut down my account after immediately contacting me. After filling out a simple form, the money was back in my account within days.
The Foothill Ranch location has lots of parking and there’s rarely ever a wait in line. Nice!
