Terrible. I opened up a business account with them and 4-​days later they closed it without informing me. I had a $ 20,000 check in my hand to deposit. How is this legal? How can you close a new acc without doing business with me first? Why open the account in first place? Why waste my time? What is the purpose of all this? Ohh and the funny part, they did not offer an explanation to why they closed my account. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks jp Morgan. Go to hell.

This became my bank as it was Barclays years ago. And Barclays was big in Europe at which time I was traveling to .It was convenient for this reason. It turned into The Bank of New York and now Chase. It’s near home and transit. I use theATM .

What can you say, a chain bank, with tellers and people for more complex transactions. They offer coffee sometimes. It’s the closest bank to me, so I use it. No problems so far.
