TD Bank

If you like to be treated like shit go to Chris Bou. Very unprofessional with customer service and will play you as a fool. 2 Stars the lady who is manager was nice to help out right away.

Worst branch I have been too… staff totally inept, rude, unhelpful. I’ve been a business customer for years and the only good thing about td bank is the extended hours. Manager named Christina was also not helpful and rude.

Customer service is great. The bank is clean. The bank staff fails to follow up. It has been a year since the bank mistakenly gave me a lower interest rate. The bank staff told me that the problem will be resolved but even after atleast 20 visits to the bank and a year later, it hasn’t happened.
Keep a close eye on your statement they often make mistakes with the interest rates they promise.

This bank is really good for kids because they can put in their coins inside a coin machine and give the money right away so it makes the children know how to save know how to collect and know how to spend their money once I have the money saved and collected which is really good of this bank they are also open 24 hours seven days a week.

I recently opened a new account here and I am very happy with their service and my experience with opening the account.
The banker we were paired with was really easygoing and knowledgeable.
The major plus for me is of course how convenient they are (open 7 days a week, even late, and we got our debit cards printed within minutes!), but also how dog friendly they are! Dogs are allowed in the branch and they offer dog biscuits, water, and my Buster got a cute green, TD bank bandanna when he made a visit with me! And of course they greet and dote over your precious pups.
Everyone (and I mean everyone!) in this branch is super friendly. I have always felt intimidated by other banks but at this TD location, I feel very at home. The open design of the bank definitely helps too!
I love that they offer coin counting free for customers of the bank. I regularly cash in my coins so this is a nice plus.
However, I really wish they would update their ATM systems. As a former BOA customer, I’m quite spoiled with their ATMs. But I’m sure TD is working on this already.
Overall– I’m very happy with my decision to switch and I highly suggest visiting this branch if you live in the area.
