Angie and her team are AMAZING! They really know the Fort Collins market and have insight and knowledge on everything! We were relocating from the east coast and therefore we were only in town for short stays. Angie provided us information in advance, dedicated time for us while we were here and showed us a significant amount of properties. Due to her contacts she was able to access houses that were not yet on the market. When we were interested in purchasing a piece of property in a subdivision, that was not on the market, Angie and her team did the research, reached out to the owner, worked a deal and we have this property under contract. We bought a rental property, Angie provided sound advice on what to change and upgrade for the property and provided a comprehensive list of contractors to assist with the work. She is extremely responsive to questions, emails, text messages, etc. Since we were relocating I asked if she could recommend some Dr’s — she even provided that! Her contacts and resources are incredible. She is not only competent but extremely energetic and friendly. We enjoy spending time with her. If you are planning on listing a house or buying a house, Angie and her team are professional experts who are a joy to do business with.

Angie and her assistant Erin were fantastic. They were professional, and pleasant at all times. They were very atctive in marketing the house and excellent advocates for us during the sale. I think the thing we appreciated most was their constant communication: we always knew what was happening and they responded very quickly to all inquiries. They dealt with our tennants, our property manager and the buyer with grace and compassion. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.
