History
Established in 1998.
Balance Point Heating and Air started as a small residential service company and has expanded into a well-oiled residential and commercial service machine.
For almost 20 years, we have provided residents of Fort Collins, Colorado and surrounding communities with outstanding customer service and installation practices. We specialize in HVAC replacement and installation, residential and commercial service and repair and custom sheet metal and duct systems.

Bill K.
Business Owner
Owner and general manager of Balance Point Heating and Air, Bill Kusmik, has a vast knowledge and years of experience in the HVAC field. From service technician to comfort advisor to general manager, Kusmik’s many roles in the industry and over 25 years of experience make him an ideal leader for the Balance Point team.
Kusmik holds an Associate of Science degree in heating and cooling from Daytona State University and has extended his education inside and outside of the classroom with hundreds of hours of sales, business and technical training.
When he’s not in the office, Kusmik takes part in his many outdoor hobbies including hiking, snowshoeing, and bike riding. He is also an advocate of youth athletics and a fan of the Colorado State University Rams football team.
