These folks might be priced pretty high, but the extra cost is WELL WORTH IT. The customer service was impeccable, while the communication was precise and friendly. The sales process was very authentic and honest — Dave was very knowledgeable and I could tell he wanted the best for us. In the end, we have a very amazing Mitsubishi Mini-​Split system with 3 zones and our house is cool as cool can be. We are very happy with everything from the sales experience all the way through installation. They are going to do their quality assurance check with us in a week, which is very awesome. Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning is the best in town.

Angela went above and beyond to schedule next-​day service when my furnace broke in the middle of winter. Ryan B. did a great job replacing my old furnace. He finished exactly when he estimated he would, and went the extra mile to correct something that had been wired incorrectly since the house was built. He was super trustworthy, dependable, friendly, and clean. Very happy with their service.

I have used FCHA several times and I have been pleased every time. Ryan B moved the gas line in my kitchen today for a remodel and did a great job! He avoided cutting holes in the drywall, as was originally expected. Ryan showed up on time, was respectful of my home and did a great job!

Wish I could give 10 stars, they are that good. Not only did they offer the best product, the best warranty and a very competitive pricing, they had the best employees. We were always kept informed about the progress. The logistics of our house set-​up and being all electric was a challenge some other companies were not able to properly meet. From the initial contact to the finished product, they were great. Not only that, they were both professional AND friendly. Big plus.

We recently entrusted Fort Collins Heating and Air with the installation of our new furnace and range hood. Kenny Bean did the initial estimate and spent a good amount of time reviewing our needs, along with our current system and existing conditions in our home. He was generous with his time when it came to selecting the right replacement system and took a thoughtful approach to weighing the recommendations. When it came time for the furnace installation, Ryan Barnhart was a total pro — his meticulous workmanship was impressive. Alex did the commissioning and gave me a thorough run-​through on system operations. Ryan and Kenny later came back to install the range hood (not a straightforward installation) and did what it took to make it right. I appreciated their good service, knowledge, and excellent workmanship and would recommend them to anyone.

Kenny Bean, the installation representative and project manager, for Fort Collins Heating and Air provided excellent service during the replacement of our homes HVAC system. The system was a high efficiency system and there were several challenges to its installation in our home that other contractors in town could not address and hence no-​bid the job. Fort Collins H&A and Kenny stepped up and did a great job and were responsive and obliging to all of our requests! I would recommend Kenny and the team at FC H&A to anyone who needs a HVAC contractor or service company.

I have now used Fort Collins Heating and Air for 6 years. They did our furnace in 2009 and we have been on their maintenance plan ever since. They do a great job with yearly tune ups and our bills have been great, based on the great unit they sold us and the regular maintenance.
We decided to add central air this year and they were our first choice. Jon gave us 4 options and steered us to the unit that made the most sense, not just the most expensive. Kim, Wade and Mike did great with the install. Very professional and helpful. We continue to recommend FC Heating and Air to all of our friends.

Had a new HVAC system and EAC installed to replace a 13 year old energy hog. Smooth trouble free installation right on time and finished early. Dawvid & Robert did a clean professional job, answered my questions and cleaned up after they were done. They paid close attention to sealing off leaks in the existing duct work and routed the new PVC pipes as requested. Great friendly, courteous and respectful attitude from the team!

Had to do last minute furnace inspection and cleaning to close on a house sale. The next day. Even though his schedule was full for the day he was good enough to come out, with a smile on, no attitude and do a great professional job. He completed all the inspection items and had a printed copy of the report within that hour. I can’t recommend him enough and the staff that worked with me instead of letting me hang out to dry. Great team, Great technician. If you have a need, seriously give them a try. Could not ask for anything more. Thanks Ken.

Positives are the ability to work on a remodeling job and make good recommendations for the changes requested. Polite and good communication.
Execution was a let down and required many return visits to get it done correctly. Each time a review of the objectives and each time a review to inspect the work and point out the deficiencies.
The system works great now but was not done completely as desired.
