Noodles&Co is usually a reliable option for mediocre food served moderately quickly in a relatively clean, comfortable setting when you’re on-the-go. Not this Noodles. It is hands-down the filthiest branch of the chain I’ve ever experienced, and the staff are slow, surly, and somehow manage to be bad at reheating pasta in sauces. Not sure how they manage to lower the bar as far as they do, given how low one’s expectations usually are for fast-casual dining anyway. If you really want to go to Noodles&Co go to the one on Timberline. But really, you can make a much nicer meal at home for half the price in the same amount of time as it takes to order here, and without having to handle sticky door handles or interact with unpleasant people.

Meh… first time and ordered pad thai w chicken… Can you say portion control? WTH is the rest of my food? Costs too much for amount of food you get. I should have gone to my original destination Chick-fil-A.

Really disappointed with the portion size tonight. I talked to our server and she disagreed with me and said the portion size looked right. The food always tastes good, but the portion size was too small. We’ve always been raving fans, but Noodles is losing one of its fans. I’m not sure the food is worth the money now. I’m not one to complain very often, but I am not happy.

I paid $ 18 for a regular sized pad Thai, cup of tomato basil bisque, and a $ 5 kids plate(buttered noodles with steamed broccoli and carrots). Not impressed by flavor, quality of ingredients or portions for what I paid. The shrimp on my pad Thai were really small and tasted weird. Also, for some reason there was cooked purple cabbage in my dish that also threw things off further. I had to try this place out because my son was starving and I figured this would be a better option than fast food in a pinch, but I won’t be back. There are better options out there.

The girl cashier was super rude when I asked if they had edamame(they used to) and looked at me like I was stupid. I got a small bowl to go and it was only halfway full, still very hungry, and very upset. Get it together noodles.

Had a pretty bad day with work and school Tuesday night 3÷3÷2015 so me and my friend came for a late bowl of noodles. We showed up at about 8:45 thinking they closed at 9:30, but apparently they have really strange hours and close at 9:00 on some random days. We decided to stop in and eat as fast as we could and leave, we drove all the way out for some comfort food, after all. We ordered our food and sat down without a hitch, but receiving our food was an entirely different story. The girl sat down our bowls loudly, threw our silverware at us and asked«can I get you anything else?» ASSHEWASWALKINGAWAY. It made me and my friend very uncomfortable, and we started to eat as fast as we could. My noodles were pretty well under al dante as well. The gentleman locking up the doors at 8:58 looked at us like we were the worst kind of people to live on this planet. No wish of «have a good evening» as we left after scarfing down our food at 300 miles an hour at the very least as we left either. Terrible experience. Will not be back after many faithful trips to this location.

They Keep it simple: fresh, fresh and flavorful. And to make it better, the price point for their food is equivalent to some fast food. Not to eat here would be foolish. Don’t take my word for it and just try it. Enjoy.

This location has the most accommodating, friendly, upbeat staff that made our dining experience fantastic! Alicia, the general manager, went the extra mile to accommodate our group! I told her that with her at the helm, this place will keep customers returning!

I am so impressed by this Noodles and Company! Not only is the food amazing(try the new asparagus dish!) but the manager, Alicia, is amazing! This Noodles is catering the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding and they provide EVERYTHING! Seriously, if you need catering, or just a great meal here in Ft. Collins, come here! You will be glad you did!

This has been the best Noodles I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent! It’s also always clean, plenty of options on the menu, and everything is all freshly made. I would definitely come back to this location!

Ordered two dishes… both came cold… the spaghetti and meatballs was OK, the noodles in the steak and noodles were dry and not cooked all the way. First and last time here.

Noodle’s is always good in a pinch! They are reasonably priced, the flavor is good, and it seems fairly healthy! I like anything with the parmesan crusted chicken, which is pretty bomb! This location is not filled with college students like the one near CSU, which is what it is… Oh and they have one of those cool new coke machines!

Never been to a Noodles and Company before. Great concept, and good food. Excellent noodles. But you didn’t impress a first timer by not having whole wheat noodles at 1 in the afternoon. The meatballs were yummy with the right balance of meat and breading. The spices were right on.

As much as I love noodles, it has never occurred to me to stop-in at a Noodles & Company — I guess the fact that they do noodle dishes from numerous and disparate cuisines had me worried that they might be in the«jack-of-all-trades, master of none» category — but recently I was having some work done on my car over the lunch hour and this particular Noodles & Company location was within easy walking distance. I tried the pan-fried Japanese noodles, and chose the slow-braised pork as my protein after the person taking my order touted it. Although the dish wasn’t particularly traditional, I was pleasantly surprised by it. I was expecting yakisoba, which is essentially ramen-type noodles pan fried with a sweet-salty sauce and(usually) boring veggies. They used udon noodles, which are more toothsome and fun to slurp. The sauce wasn’t really as sweet as I was expecting — it was really dominated by the soy, and I thought I detected a hint of wasabi spiciness. Veggies were definitely an upgrade from the carrots & cabbage my mom used to put in my yakisoba. The pork was tasty, but somewhat salty — and it became salt overload when paired with the Japanese sauce. They did give me a generous serving of pork even though I ordered a «small» serving — I know this will sound ridiculous but it was almost too much meat. This is one of the newer locations in Ft. Collins, but I think they are doing things right. Their staff are friendly and engaging, and my dish was brought out quickly(felt like I had barely even sat down) even though the place was pretty packed. For those days when I want a quick meal without having to think about it, I’d definitely consider coming back.
