Remington Flats offers completely private studio style rooms great for long term or short term accommodations. Each of our studios has a queen size bed, full kitchen with basic cooking and dining utensils, in room coffee station, dining area, private bath, large closet space, free high speed WiFi, flat screen HDTV with cable, free parking, laundry available onsite, and more!

History

Established in 2014.

Our building was constructed in the 80’s. The current owner, Mark, bought the property in 2007 and started renting out to college students attending Colorado State University on yearly leases. In 2014, the current manager, Kristal, was hired. As the long term leases expired Mark and Kristal worked together to completely remodeled and renovate each studio to provide a unique «home like» hotel experience. Now, Mark and Kristal are looking to expand this same concept idea into new towns.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Kristal is a Fort Collins Native. She has attended Colorado State University as a Health and Exercise Major. She has been involved with swimming since the age of six. She currently is head coach for a local summer swim league, as well as, assistant head coach for Fort Collins High School. She started working with Mark (property owner), as the Property Manager in January of 2014. Since then, they have completely renovated all the rooms.
