Business Owner
Suzy has been in the hospitality, dining and catering business for over 40 years and has appeared in Southern Living. Known for her presentation and taste in fine dining
Suzy also prepares and sells a number of food items at the weekly Farmers Market in Fort Smith.
From Eggs Benedict with sauteed portabella mushrooms or red corn pancakes with a sauce prepared with fresh peaches, strawberries, apples or whatever is in season at the time for breakfast.
To Beef Tenderloin with crab cake served with a Bearnaise Sauce and finish with Crème Brulee for desert, Beland Manor can fulfill your needs for a quiet getaway to group dinners or large catered events.
