History

Established in 1993.

Final Touch Mobile Detailing (FTMD) was started in1993. The owner is Elijah Jackson and his company has been detailing cars since 1990. While working his regular job as a maintenance engineer in Crystal City Virginia, Elijah (aka Eli) would spend his spare time in the parking garage detailing his personal car preparing it for local car shows and events. This would bring attention to his detailing skills from government employees working and walking throughout the building parking garage. Many of these employees wanted their vehicles to look just as nice as Eli’s. They requested his services which would be the beginning of a long list of loyal customers. FTMD began to advertise and purchase a van fully equipped for mobile detailing for door to door service.
