They won’t fix your car without running a $ 100 diagnostic, which is fine if you have no idea what’s wrong with your car but could be a big problem if you do know. Then, when they ran the diagnostic on my boyfriend’s car, they said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it (when we had it towed in to the shop it wouldn’t even start, then it miraculously started working again when they were running the diagnostic). Turns out he just needed the battery replaced! We had to figure that out on our own.
The good thing here is that they didn’t end up charging him for the diagnostic since they couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

Randy, the manager, at CS Lee /​Goodyear is always so reliable and trustworthy. We have been taking our vehicles here for 5+ years, and have used them for oil changes, tires, brake service, and more. We always get a fair quote, and their turnaround time is excellent. They even recently came to my house to pick up my vehicle because I had a napping baby (I live just around the corner). Now THAT is great customer service!

I was told I needed a new radiator hose and was referred to Goodyear. I called ahead of time and told them what I needed. I asked if they had the part in stock and was told yes. I even offered to pick it up and bring it but they assured me they had it. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday only 2 people waiting in the lobby. At 10am I was informed they were having or order the part! I thought they had been replacing it while I was waiting. I asked what took so long and they said they had to confirm what the problem was. However the other business was able to diagnose the problem in under 20 minutes! Staff has been walking in and out never informing customers of vehicles status but they are enjoying there breakfast.
A gentleman here with me was charged for a flat tire repair he was never informed of until check out!
I will never come back here. Very unprofessional.
