I’ve been to this location for several things for my car, including oil, inspections, alignment, etc. I stopped by on my way home to get my check engine light checked, unbeknownst to me, the 10 minute service would cost me $ 85.00 to simply tell me the cause of my check engine light. Had I known, I would have turned around and gone to AutoZone, or Pepboys, or O’Reilly, for free. This charge was absurd for service and amount of time spent on my car. I will never return to this Kwik Kar, and probably not any others.

I am always skeptical of car repair shops! I’m a chick and I have had many a shop try to rip me off. I called around and these guys had the best prices. I needed a ton of work– inspection, oil change, windshield wipers, brakes and headlight repair. The price quoted one the phone is what they charged– I also received a discount on a few items. I dropped my car off around 9 am on a Saturday and I was able to pick it up when I got off work that evening. They did try to talk me into a few different ‘flushes” but I declined and they didn’t push me.

I showed up this morning to get my state inspection taken care of. I arrived around 7:50 to avoid any wait. They opened at 8 and the front desk guy took my keys and proceeded to start. The inspection took about 20 minutes and I had absolutely no problems. My car is a 2006 so it is fairly new but they didn’t try to talk me into any unnecessary services. I also had a $ 10 off coupon from valpak so it came out to be $ 29.75. In the end, they were very professional and did a great job!
