I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now, and have always had great experiences with all of the staff and aestheticians, but this past weekend, had a really exceptional experience with Jeames. She was so friendly and funny, and we talked the entire time. She was great at keeping me distracted, but her technique was also really, really great. It was the least painful wax I think I’ve ever had. Her professionalism and technique were really noteworthy, and I’ll definitely request her the next time I come. I already recommend this place to everyone I know, but will also be including Jeames in that recommendation from now on!

I swim daily. Having freshly waxed legs helps me achieve my goal of speed. I’ve been shaving for years however a friend suggested I try waxing. The waxer Darlene got that hair off my legs without any discomfort. I bought a suggested product to help avoid ingrown hairs which works well. I will never shave again!

I was offered a free bikini wax today. Unfortunately, it wasn’t specified that this was a ‘bikini line’ wax until I was already laid out on the table. I am hairless in my bikini line so if I knew this was the promotion they were offering, I would not be interested because I didn’t need it. I explained to the person who helped me and she said the terminology must be different but even if that is the case, it would help to specify, especially to customers who don’t wax often. She did not offer the complimentary service even though it was my first time. But since I was already there, I went ahead and paid the fee to get a so called Brazilian. (I am also hairless in the back so only the front was done.) I actually received a bikini full, with taking as much hair off in the front. They should specify the type of complimentary service you’ll be offering. It just felt like a bait and switch ordeal. I prefer European Wax Center with all the details laid out.

I have been to many places over the years and this is by far the weirdest and worst experience. The technician (I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself) brought me into the room and told me to change without a towel offered to cover up with. I told her repeatedly that the wax felt too hot and she just kept going without changing anything. Finally, because I asked that they leave a strip in the front, «it qualifies as a deep bikini and they can no longer do the back without charging extra.» Never experienced that before! Then the technician just walked out when I said I didn’t want to pay extra. The manager did offer to have her finish it free of charge «just this time,» but at that point I did not want to get undressed in front of her again. Not worth it!

Just had my first Brazillian wax at this salon and I will definitely be back! I was pretty traumatized a few months back at another salon and finally got the guts to start up again. I am so glad I found Depil Brazil because I can move past my fear of waxing!

Darlene’s attention to detail is unmatched. Being a competitive bodybuilder, hairless is a must and she does a great job.

This was my first time getting a deep Brazilian wax and it was not as bad as everyone says! I love the location of this boutique. It’s right in the middle of Montgomery Plaza close to all the restaurants. The thing I like about Depil is the fact that the salon isn’t as «commercial» as some of the other salons around. The décor is chic and inviting and staff is super friendly. My aesthetician was so sweet, super friendly and chatty (which was a great distraction from the pain). I expected my session to be longer but I was in and out within thirty minutes! The only thing that I didn’t like was the volume of the music playing throughout the salon. It was loud and I could barely concentrate on what my aesthetician was saying. Overall, a good experience. Oh, and if you’re a first timer you can get your first wax at a special rate!

I was a first time client and my experience was a 10! The cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff makes this a place I will continue to visit. As regards the wax itself Shunna was able to help me feel comfortable and get through with flying colors. I’ve already scheduled my next visit.

Okay peeps, I had to get on here and tout the goods this gem of a studio offers. If you are skeptical about going away from your aesthetician, don’t be. I was too, I went here to get a wax only because my aesthetician was on her honeymoon. Still love her – but seriously, my wax from this salon left me without any ingrown hairs post. And though mild, from what I hear, I have always gotten them. But weeks later after this wax, my skin is still beautifully clear, which is phenomenal. Even more, the hair regrowth has been perfect, more mild and even. I can only surmise that it’s the specialized Brazilian wax products they use as well as the technique of their aestheticians, trained by their Brazilian trained owner. (This is what I was told) I have been so thrilled with my skin, thus I am going back this week. I might even be inclined to purchase a few of the products on their Brazilian skincare line too. I will be chatting it up with the owner if I see them, BRILLIANT service!

I came in today to get waxes by Darlene! She was great and educated me a lot more than previous waxers I have had! I highly suggest that you try this place/​location! It smells amazing and the staff is crazy friendly!

I dropped by as a walk-​in today & had a wax with Shauna. I was driving through Montgomery Plaza, saw the store, & decided to give it a try based on the Unilocal reviews (oh the power of Unilocal!I make a lot of decisions to try restaurants/​salons/​stores based on the reviews!).
The reception staff was courteous & friendly, & they were able to get me in immediately. Now I haven’t had a wax in around 5 – 6 years so I was a little nervous getting back under the wax but Shauna put me at ease at once! She explained that the kind they use is different in that it’s organic, softer, has more give than other waxes, they don’t use strips to take off the hair, & I wouldn’t be left with a fresh layer of skin afterwards like I’d experienced in the past.
I don’t know if my pain tolerance is higher now that I’m a little older or if the wax is just that great (probably the latter) — but it was so quick & virtually painless! Can’t say I didn’t jump a time or two… These are tender bits we’re talking about. Shauna was so personable. We chatted the whole session so the time just flew by.
It doesn’t hurt there’s a first-​timer discount either. They have package deals & also give you referral cards, so you get a $ 15 credit to your account for each referral. I’ll be sending people their way!

Best Brazilian wax ever! This is my 2^nd time coming here and it is very reasonably priced with great service. All the staff is very friendly and personable! Lacey did an awesome job! I have very sensitive skin and the wax formula/​waxing job did not turn my skin red. It is in a perfect location and they are always flexible with your schedule. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for 7 years now and it has been my favorite waxing place by far! I highly recommend this waxing salon!

Just had a Brazilian wax @the Fort Worth location by Maranda… this is definitely the best wax I have ever had, Maranda is awesome!!!
Had some issues trying to schedule an appointment online (the reason I realized is that the Fort Worth branch opened yesterday and the systems was not fully functional) but Andrea was very efficient in fulfilling my request .
The products are amazing, I’m so excited to try them all.
Also, The staff at the front desk are super nice, this place deserves 5+stars!

I was really impressed with this place and the type of wax they use. Its organic with some elasticity to it, which makes it less painful when stripping off. It’s completely different and unlike anything else. Darlene did a fabulous job and I will definitely be going back!

My first experience here was at the dallas location a few months ago, and I was so excited to find out this location was opening up soon! Just had my waxing done, and it was just perfect. Quick, easy, and almost painless. My aesthetician was very efficient, I believe her name was Darlene. The girls at the front desk were also very friendly and made the whole experience even better for me. Waxing is usually never painfree, but the hardwax they use here is amazing. They also have referral programs and first time client specials, come check them out!
