I found this dry cleaners after reading recommendations on Unilocal. My has been the two shirts pressed as were going to event this evening. I arrived approximately 2PM yesterday and asked if it was possible to have the shirts cleaned and pressed by 3PM today the woman told me that they have same-day service from 9 to 5 and it shouldn’t be a issue. They called me a little before noon today stating that my shirts are done I arrive shortly thereafter and found my shirts to be pressed and clean and looking wonderful.

In an age where customers are routinely treated as a number, this locally owned business cares for each client as a person. They give excellent service, take great care of clothes, have great quality of Eco Friendly cleaning(without chemicals) and in general, are great to work with. I have done business with these folks for several years at secondary location and cannot say enough good things about them. Go experience the difference!!! — Client for life, Eric Jones

The best customer service I have seen. Every time I have gone into this store I have always been greeted by a friendly worker that went out of their way to give me VIP service. The attendants working the counter have always been top notch. The fact they give a very generous military and I believe LEO discount is also a plus. The actual cleaning of my garments have been in line with any other decent place I have ever used(I mean how much more clean can you get than clean). So in short the reason I strongly recommend this dry clear is because of their awesome friendly staff, good prices and excellent service.

I spent a good part of the Saturday morning looking on Unilocal for reviews of good cleaners near me, that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ve only been in Texas for 3 weeks and unfortunately already had a really bad experience with Lee Tailor on North Beach. Since many people do not write reviews on cleaners, unless they are horrible, I didn’t have much of a selection, but this location at least had an average rating. The young lady who checked my clothing items was pleasant, and asked the manager/owner(I’m not sure) particularly about a faux suede piece I was concerned with about being cleaned. He came out and explained their Eco-friendly cleaning process, looked at the cleaning instructions on the item, and pretty much said they wouldnt do much different than what I could do at home myself, because it was a cold — machine washable item. Since I’m always worried that a washing machine could ruin my delicate items, I generally just take EVERYTHING to the cleaners ALLATONCE… so it gets expensive. However, he informed me that he would definitely Eco-dry clean my clothes if I really wanted. But after his instructions of just turning them inside out and using cold water, I felt more comfortable with a few of them, and came home to do it myself. I still left about 9 items with them, which will cost about $ 67, because they are mainly dresses. However, he saved me another $ 100, by explaining something simple and wasnt insistent on just making a profit. He made sure I understood that they always read the cleaning instructions on clothing items, and some I could simply take care of myself. I appreciated that. The clothes I did at home turned out fine, and I’ll pick up the others from them on Wednesday. Also, at the very least, they assured me that if there are ever any items that I were unsatisfied with, they would try again. To me, this ended being a WIN-WIN :). And typically, price goes out the window when there’s good service AND trust.

Don’t think I will be returning to this business. I got two small stains on a dress the first time I wore it. No big deal. Off to the cleaners. I marked the stain spots, pointed them out to the clerk. The ticket was marked stains. When I went to pick it up, they just handed it to me after I paid my $ 11.68. I checked the dress and the stains were still there, as if they had never been touched. I was upset, and the clerk showed no concern, just usual excuse about how they didn’t want to wreck the garment. Here’s what I don’t like: 1. The business should have up front apologized that they were unable to get the stains out, without me having to doublecheck the dress. 2. They should have done a better job, because I went home, got on Amazon, bought some citrus scented dry cleaning fluid, and voila, in two shakes of a lamb’s tail, the stains came out. They did offer to keep the dress another day to see if they could get the stains out, but I figured if they couldn’t do it right the first time, why would I have any confidence in the second time? I wasted $ 11.68 and I won’t forget it. No recommendations for this business from me.

So this cleaners has a 100% Eco friendly cleaning policy which means they do not use perc in their washing detergent like every other cleaner out there. Perc causes cancer so it’s really nice that this cleaners cares abou its customers on a more personal level. I think Perc also causes that«cleaner smell» which this cleaners doesn’t have. The service is amazing! They have a drive through and a Dropbox! Free drinks including water, soda, and coffee are offered to you as well. All the girls are extremely friendly and polite and will help you with your clothes especially if you are in the drive through! Really love this place!
