If I could give ZERO stars I totally would. So I bought 2 pairs of expensive maternity jeans and I took them to Dry Clean Super Centers in Watauga on Denton hwy to have the taken up ONLY in length. When I picked up my pants from her they were clearly 1 – 2 inches too short and I was so upset and you would not believe it but the lady had attitude with me and took offense. I am the customer and regardless to the fact that your measurements were obviously wrong, I am not happy with the results and it is your responsiblility to fix it. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. I didnt understand why the attitude towards me.
To make matters even worse, I told her just to give me my money back for the destroyed pants that I will not wear or I will let everyone know how you do buisness. She actually said to me that she has been in buisness for 11 years and she has too many customers already!!! WOW I couldnt believe it at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO HER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! oh yeah and I didnt get my money back.
