Wells Fargo Bank

Its hard to mess up when you are one of the big boys in banking, and this branch is no different. While I’ve seen plenty of personnel changes in the last year at this branch, the customer service emphasis seems to be highly valued among this branch’s management. Its nice to step into a bank where all of the branch employees are friendly and proactive. It is also nice to see that big banks such as this one are thinking more and more about the customer, to include such things as having hot popcorn (not fresh, but okay), water, coffee, and sometimes snacks.
This branch office stays busy, so be prepared with patience upon entering. Overall, a very busy branch office yet customer friendly. I just wish that I can see the same folks from the week prior in order for familiarity with branch personnel.
