and I purchased the air duct cleaning service on April 23, 2015. I called to schedule my appointment and the first date scheduled was Wednesday, May 13 between 8am and Noon. I received a phone call on May 12^th informing me that the tech was on 30 minutes away. I informed them that my appointment was scheduled for the 13^th, but the guy on the phone told me they had scheduled it for the 12^th. I had to reschedule the appointment.
The second appointment was Tuesday May 19^th in the afternoon. I received a phone call saying that the equipment was malfunctioning and not operable for the rest of the day. Again, I rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday, May 27^th between the hours of 3pm and 6pm.
On the 27^th, I called a couple times and no one answered the phone. By 5:30pm, I called a final time and left a message that no one had ever showed up. I received a phone call back around 5:45pm and was told that the service tech was in the area but running late. I asked why I haven’t received a courtesy call, and was told I should have. The tech called me at 5:50 letting me know of the situation of him running late due to other appointments going over their scheduled time. He asked me to text him my address and he would let me know his estimated time of arrival. I sent him the address and he texted me back at 6:22pm that he would arrive in 15 minutes. At 6:52pm he texted me saying that he was stuck in traffic. At 7:18pm he called me saying that I would again have to reschedule because he had a flat tire and the weather was about to get bad. Frustrated but understanding I asked him to have the office to call me back the next day to reschedule for the FOURTH time. I have yet to receive a phone call.
Therefore, on the 28^th I called
and informed them of the horrible service I have received from your company and they gave me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience. They also gave me $ 5 LivingSocial bucks. Horrible service and would not recommend to anyone!
