This guy, Ken Fineman should be held accountable for allowing child abuse go on, he is biased, and does not listen even when presented with facts & evidence. A 730 Evaluation Quack. Entire evaluation thrown out of court, Over $ 6,000 thrown away without recourse. They have immunity and cannot be sued, or I would have.
