Business Owner

Kathleen Tish, Certified Kitchen Designer, has been designing, specifying, and coordinating kitchen and bath renovations in Orange County for almost twenty years. Prior to focusing on kitchens and baths, she was a buyer and manager for a number of retail companies including furniture stores. She brings a unique installation based approach to design due to her apprenticeship with contractors at the beginning of her design career.

Kathleen Tish came highly recommended by friend. Our friend has used her for a kitchen & bath remodel. We remodeled a master bath and a powder room. The contractor she uses is FANTASTIC, neat, clean, professional, dependable. They make a great team. Kathleen is an excellent designer and very honest. She is always a phone call away. She solves problems calmly and stands behind her work.
We highly recommend her. We will be remodeling our kitchen and will only call Kathleen.

Kathleen was recommended to us by a friend when my wife and I, after 6 months of going to seemingly every granite yard in Orange County, could not agree on a piece of granite to remodel our guest bathroom. It took Kathleen less than 30 minutes to pick out a piece of granite that we both loved. She was able to help us pick out the tile, paint and fixtures so that the bathroom ended up looking great.
We then used her for our master bathroom. Once again she picked out a great piece of granite and matched it perfectly with new tile, paint and fixtures. The master bathroom also turned out great.
We then moved on to the kitchen. She helped us with the design, picked out beautiful cabinets, granite, tile, fixtures and paint and now we have a spectacular looking kitchen. She is very easy to get in touch with and has an amazing eye for color. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wishes to redesign any part of their house.

We had a major problem with the cabinets we paid a lot for and I was quite an ordeal. But I was so impressed with Kathleen’s professionalism and mos of all her kindness and understanding in giving us a full refund. She really impressedb us with how she really walks the talk in terms of how she backs up her promise and commitment to provide great service to her customers. We are very grateful and appreciative of what Kathleen did for us. She also is a dog lover and adopts rescue dogs which also symbolizes her kindness and caring personality

We purchased our kitchen approximately 7 years ago. Had a problem with our Kemper cabinet doors. Kathleen worked with Kemper to have all our doors replaced and the face frames and sides refinished all at no cost to us. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

We were so lucky to find Kathleen at Kitchen and Bath Solutions! She helped us completely redesign our kitchen to make it ultra functional and also have that «wow» factor. I was also surprised at how reasonably priced it was and the added service was so appreciated with the stress of gutting and rebuilding a kitchen. It was such a great experience, we used her to remodel another kitchen and three bathrooms. I can’t wait to be able use her services again! She and her team will create a great design to work within your budget and space restrictions. I highly recommend her services and the high quality products she makes available!

Kitchen renovation and demolition are frightening terms. Kathleen was a helpful, resourceful guide in the process. The end result exceeded our expectations. She and her crew were very resourceful, budget couscious, and gave very creative suggestions to enhance the final result. Strongly recommend.

I stopped by this showroom a few weeks back and was glad to see Kathleen still a step head of her competiton. I worked w/​her on some Kitchen & Bath marketing projects back in 2007 and her clients LOVED her service. The designer staff is still intact and working as flawlessly as ever on getting folks the right kitchen designs; whch is what they do best.
The interesting thing about Kitchen & Bath Solutions in Fountain Valley is they are not a manufacturer or an installer of cabinets. They strictly design them and then refer you to a great group of installers and contractors whom, by the way, are among some of the best installers in all of OC.
If you are looking for creative and tasteful concepts and designs for your kitchen or bathroom this is THE place to go. You won’t be dissapointed… she’s not cheap but she’s the best!

Let me preface this review by saying that we did not have Kitchen & Bath Solutions do any work on our house. My review is on their customer service.
We stopped into their showroom and inquired about building cabinets in our laundry area and refinishing our kitchen cabinets. The man that helped us was very polite and we scheduled him to come to our house to get an estimate. He came a few days later and took measurements of the space we discussed. This was on a Tuesday… he told us he would have an estimate to us by Friday. My husband received a voicemail from him a full week later, with a quote that seemed to be a bit high. He had said in the message that he would follow up with us as he was trying to get the price down. That was days ago and we still haven’t heard back from him. We’re a young family and I got the feeling that he didn’t take us seriously as potential customers. I’m guessing they give more attention to people wanting full kitchen and bath rennovations.
