Excellent service here! I came to buy a bag of one pound espresso beans then have them grind it. There was only decaf bags available in that size. I was bummed since I use the espresso at home to prevent migraines. Then the creative lady knowing I didn’t want five pounds, offered to take the one pound bag, empty it out, weigh one pound of the espresso beans they have and put them grounded back in the decaf bag. What an excellent solution! I’m very happy. This is great customer care, problem solving, and I even bought a big drink I wasn’t planning on buying. Thanks so much !

Service is so slow. I ordered a simple Ice Tea and three people who ordered crazy drinks got theirs first. Then finally the guy gets my tea which took 2 minutes to poor. This place has a lot of workers and I’m surprised how slow the are!

Ummm, Caramel Apple Spice with one less pump than usual for any size you choose to get. You’re welcome. Tastes like a caramel apple in hot liquid form, which is fine by me since I just got braces and cannot eat caramel apples anymore. DELICIOUS!

Coffee, decent. Service, HORRIBLE. I consider myself a regular at this Starbucks, but the service recently has been absolutely revolting. It isn’t that hard to greet a customer with a smile on your face or to even greet them at all. It’s the basic standard of customer service. And that’s only the beginning of their lack in customer service. I’d rather drive a little farther, to another Starbucks. A Starbucks that makes me feel welcomed. HOWEVER, there are a few nice employees here. The rude ones heavily outweigh them though.

There is a rude barista Mo**s* that works here whose name rhymes with roses. He needs to go. Bye Felicia. Wanted a hot sandwich. Was told by the girl and the Roses who was in earshot that they shut down the ovens at 9pm — an hour and a half before they close the store, are you serious? She then proceeds to ask me if I still wanted the sandwich? Why don’t you try eating a cold-ass chicken artichoke sandwich, and tell me if you like it. I ask her if this is normal and she says yes, we usually close the oven at 9pm, proceeds to wait another 30 minutes before she starts cleaning it. Way to lose business Starbucks. The service here is just horrendous. I avoid this location as much as possible and try to go to the Coffee Bean up the way, or the other Starbucks within the area, because they’re more manageable. If you don’t like your job, quit, no one is forcing you to work. Remember, you are NOT the customer. You didn’t pay for the food or drink, so get a better attitude or get lost.

This is the Starbucks right next to my house so I’m often here out of convenience. I want to like it, I really do but sometimes it’s just a little hard. The place(after the revamp) is nice enough, great tables(though not enough individual ones, I don’t always like having people in my personal space). The workers are on and off. Sometimes I get a really nice one. Sometimes, I get one that just seems like they hate their job and don’t want to be there. It’s a toss up. The place is almost always crowded. There’s a high school and middle school nearby so on late start days there’s tons of teenagers. A huge group of asian men like to loiter at this Starbucks as well. There’s almost always a line when I get there but the wait isn’t too bad. The one thing that makes me sad is that this place has consistently messed up frappucinos every time I order it here. It’s always a watery mess and I have to remind myself constantly to ask them to thicken it up, and even then it’s watery. I know, why don’t I just go to a different place?! It’s right next to my house and so close, it is just TOO convenient. Is it too much to ask them to actually have standards when making my drink? I guess in conclusion, the place is ok. Not the best Starbucks and kind of too noisy and crowded for a good study place.(I suggest Tea Party Lounge which is in the same plaza actually or if you want Starbucks, even the one in the Albertsons is better). I keep hoping and praying they’ll up their game on the drinks because this place is too close for me to abandon it completely.

Crappy service… how hard is it to make a cup of water. maybe just two customer ahead of me. she just finish with my drink. I’m have to wait for her to make 5 or 6 other drinks for a cup of water… other place would have just done it. Usually done go here because the service is really slow

I come here in the mornings some days before work and as much I hate to single people out, there is one girl here who make drinks terribly. Every time she makes my drink it tastes like just milk. You can’t taste the espresso or the syrups. I thought it was just me the first time but when it kept happening I knew it wasn’t me. When I pay almost $ 5 for a venti, I want what I paid for, not a cup of milk. I know the people at Starbucks usually seem well trained but somehow this girl doesn’t know how many pumps/shots she’s supposed to use. If I see her when I go in, it definitely makes a difference in what I choose to order. I wish there was an easier location for me to go to in the morning!

I have always had a good experience here and the cashier that worked today was really nice and helpful ! But the Asian guy he wore a white polo shirt. Is that the manager? Because he had the most annoyed facial expressions and was heavily sighing and grunting… As if he hates his job I understand everyone has bad days but you’d be surprised when people give off negative energy it changes others energy if the owners see this I hope they tell that employee to keep his negativity at home. Because it affected his fellow staff. And customers can hear you too…

I come to this Starbucks all the time and for years. Today I noticed new faces and I ordered my usual tall iced skinny vanilla latte and a spinach wrap, I had to get to work so was in a hurry. Luckily there was no line and I got my order quickly, I didn’t taste my drink until about 5 – 10 mins later because I was eating my wrap. When I did I was so disappointed! It tasted nothing like coffee or vanilla, it was like I was drinking watered down milk that was sitting in the fridge over night. I was so upset but nothing I could do because I had to get to my meeting. Probably won’t be coming here for a while.

I go here in the mornings around 8:30AM when I head into work. Location is in a large shopping center and across from Mile Square Park. I’m only giving this place a 3 star because of the line and the patrons. As soon as you drive up to the coffee shop you see a handful of middle age to old Asian men stand in the parking lot and sometimes in an available parking space smoking and talking. I don’t mind people talking around their car or whatever, but not when you’re standing in an available parking space or the only available parking space. Move!!! Once you enter you’re automatically in a line. The place is already packed with Vietnamese people, my mom’s age, 50 – 60. If you’re a student and want to study, don’t come here. All tables and seats are taken by old Asian people. They sit there, drink their coffee, and talk gossip. Wished this place had a drive thru so I don’t have to go inside and deal with all these people.

Cool wireless charging for your cell phone. There is Iphone chargers(lighting cable), micro USB for Android phones, and the old generation Iphone(long skinny rectangular). You plug in the correct charger adapter and you have to place your phone on one of the powermats on the table to wirelessly charge. Jazzy music in the background with no singing.

I really love Starbucks since they customize your coffee to your liking. I really like the fact that they usually have excellent customer service. I choose to go to Starbucks rather than other coffee shop because the staffs are mostly jolly. This Starbucks here… It ruins my morning… I’ve been here a few times and they are usually busy. The staffs are not jolly since their working hard. I understand. Even if their busy they are still nice but… I jus have a problem with one of the girl. Her name is Anissa. She ruins my day. I do not know why but she’s grumpy whenever she takes my order. She talks in a demanding tone. Doesn’t say thank you or your welcome… Gives u the eye«I don’t want to work here… Or hurry up with your order…» U jus feel that negative and unfriendly energy from her. This happens every time she takes my order and it just bugs me… Starbucks coffee experience should not be like that! Please be nice and smile! Thank you!

I like this Starbucks, I’m usually in and out in less than 5 mins which is awesome since I swing by before work almost every day. They forgot a breakfast sandwich I ordered one time and I didn’t have time to wait for them to make it so I had to come back the next day for the sandwich(sucks but no big deal) they were very apologetic for the whole fiasco.

Since I’ve been here 9 times — yes, nine times — I’m leaving a review. If you see me check in here, it means I’m working out of my company’s corporate offices down the street towards the 405. It also means that I’m anticipating a long day and need some tea, for the caffeine intake to help me get thru meetings or trainings. Seems to be busy in the morning, but in the later morning hours, the crowds to subside. I haven’t been there in the afternoons or evenings. The service has always been friendly and nice. No one stands out but I do like that they double up my order, when at other Starbucks locations, they don’t, unless I ask. It’s a Starbucks. Not sure what else I can say that hasn’t already been said.

Darn. Apparently peach shaken iced tea is only served during summertime. We ended up getting the raspberry iced tea instead, which was ok. For $ 1.75 I’m not gonna complain. They have a lot of seating and I’ve been here a couple times to study already. We got a free tiramisu drink sample and I read below they have samples daily!
