Even though I had issues with the photographs I had developed, the customer service alone made me want to give not only 5 stars, but if I could, I would have given 10 stars. Yeah, it was that good.
I had a few issues with their photograph department with me not being satisfied with the quality and how it was cut off when my original was not cut off. But I brought it back and the sweet clerk at the photo department was very understanding and helpful. I could see she really tried to please me but was having a difficult time adjusting the photo. But she finally got it to where we were both satisfied. Part of the problem seemed to be that I didn’t know that the newer smart phones took photos that were biigger than when you develop photos to print and so it was cutting off what I thought should have been part of my photo. But she adjusted it so I was able to get the whole photo. Also, Ethan, the general manager was very nice and apologized for the problems with the photos and made things right to make up for the time I had to come back and for the inconvenience.
The customer service at Walgreens was amazing. I am definitely going to come back to get my photos done. But maybe I’ll check my photos before I leave the store just to make sure everything is satisfactory.

Pharmacy department doing fast, I can pick up my medicine within 10 minutes, save a lot of time

This review is mostly for the pharmacy. I give them 5 stars for their customer and fast service. I came to get a flu shot and usually at other places I have to wait a while. Here, it was like boom! Done. I waited 10 minutes or less, got called in. The lady who administered my shot was very nice and professional. Most painless shot I’ve ever received. Like, did you even prick me? lol. I recommend getting shots here and hopefully you get the same person!
The store itself is a smaller Walgreen’s and does not carry everything some of the other Walgreen’s do.

Lucy, at the pharmacy was so nice to me! She was understanding, compassionate and very eager to help! That’s great customer service right there!

Refilling prescriptions at this Walgreens is a breeze! However, I would not recommend using the drive thru because it’s much better to stand in line and pick up your prescriptions from this Walgreens.

Worst customer service, worst pharmacy. They don’t care about customer. Will go to cvs down the street

Horrible pharmacy… slowest I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions… if u plan on waisting your day inside Walgreens then this is your place…

Pharmacy drive thru needs to hurry up and not take their sweet time. I understand businesses get busy but at least show some enthusiasm or sympathy for your long lines at the drive thru…

They were really nice at this pharmacy, I wish my local walgreens was as helpful as this location.

This place always have the most friendly and helpful staff than I have ever encountered at other walgreens. Came in today to get a passport photo taken and I’ve mistakenly brought a white long sleeve collard shirt that would not go with the background white wall. Lucky enough for me PAUL offered to lend me his blue collard shirt. Saved my day, Paul with his friendly smile will win you over, but I shouldn’t leave out the other staff they were as much attentive to the customers as Paul was. Thanks guys.

The staff in the pharmacy at this walgreens are SO helpful and friendly. i drive a few extra blocks and even pass another walgreens just to get to this one.

Oh my. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone to find out anything at this place. Then when your prescription has already been picked up, they robo call machine calls over and over and over telling you your prescription is ready. Okay. Thanks for the reminder. They are right here in front of me!

I shop at Walgreen today and I am pleased with the customer service and the staff named Ashley. She is really kind, helpful and I am happy about that. I need to purchase a perfume for my cousin and it costs $ 42. I tell Ashley that I checked Walgreen website yesterday and I saw the sale price was $ 25 for the 1.7 ounce bottle. She then talks to the manager if she can sell the bottle at the sale price. The manager agrees and i get the perfume for $ 27.10 included tax. I also buy some makeup and sunscreen for my friend but one lipstick and one sunscreen product are out of stock. I kind of unhappy about that but because of the helpful staff, I don’t mind. Definitely come back at this location :)

I’ve always had an easy time getting my prescriptions filled. The staff here is energetic and friendly and the pharmacist has always been glad to explain my prescriptions when needed.
One time I was in line and the lady in front of me who looked to be about 30 something started talking to me. She says, «How are you doing today?»
I say, «Good. How are you doing?»
Eyes wandering she mutterspeaks, «Making me wait, making me wait. I wish they would just take me to the field and shoot me.»
I was trying to think of how a person responds to that and then she starts asking what I do for work and tells me she’s been going to school, etc.
Then it was her turn to go up to the pharmacy counter. First thing she says to the clerk in normal non-​joking conversation voice, «Do you have a prescription for a shotgun so that they can take me to the field and shoot me like a cow?»
Nothing like a little after-​work-​pick-​up-​my-​prescription jolt! I give the staff props. I think they see her come in regularly so they were patient with her. Welcome to my Walgreens, Fountain Valley’s lithium headquarters!

Only come here for first time/​one time RX’s. Never usually have a problem. But recently my DR prescribed 10mg of a medicine, it was clearly written, and instead I was given 20mg with the same instructions for the 10mg dose. I did not know this until I was informed by my DR I am to only be taking 10mg. Oops. Not really my fault so pharm tech’s and pharmacists need to check better. I too am in the health care field so I know mistakes happen. Just want them to have a heads up.

This review is for the Pharmacy. I bought a prescription cream about 2 months ago. I haven’t used it until recently and when I opened it, the cream just spilled all over my hand. I’ve used this before and I’m pretty darn sure this cream isn’t supposed to be all watery like this. Clearly, it’s defective. I had to bring it back in this location (another Walgreens close to my house won’t do it, said I have to take it back to the same location where I bought it. Booo.)
But anyway, at first, a pharm tech said something about they might not be able to replace it since it’s been a long time. However, minutes later, a pharmacist took a look at the cream and said she would gladly exchange it and send this defect one back to the manufacturer. 5 minutes later, she gave me a new tube, punctured it to test and make sure it’s nice and solid before she gives it to me. No $ charged. Service doesn’t get any better than that!

The girl Lori behind the beauty counter is the BEST!!! I came in with my boyfriend in a hurry looking for the most random of things, chalk and razors we split up and I found what I was looking for…$ 14…uhg razors can be so expensive and this time I even going cheap at $ 14, anyways…
Going toward the front, she says oh I can ring you up here… Seeing that there was a line in front this was clearly the better option. Giving her the razors she lights up and says oh I have a coupon for that… pulls out a huge box of clipped coupons and finds it almost immediately! But THIS was no ordinary coupon…
It was a $ 6 off coupon!!!
I’m sold… She’s the best! Meanwhile on my boyfriends adventure, chalk was no where to be found he asked the girl at the front and she pointed him to the wrong isle… I found him still searching in the wrong spot after I was rang up and bagged (he still had no clue I was $ 6 richer) when around the corner comes another employee holding a bucket of chalk! The girl at the counter knew she sent him the wrong way and sent someone to him! Wow a very impressive display of customer service all around :) I will be back!

I’ve stopped into this Walgreens a couple times for some random miscellaneous items. I had an extremely pleasant experience shopping here today. I came in looking for Stim-​U-​Dent plaque removers… they’re like these wooden toothpicks with a triangular tip that are great for getting in between the teeth, and in my case, my braces. I quickly found them. The great thing about most drugstores is that all the aisles are very clearly labeled and all the stuff’s categorized. I walked over to bath/​lotions and found my shaving cream, on sale! I grabbed a couple bottles. Then walked further towards the front where all the water bottles and food items were, and they had 12-​pack cans of Arizona iced tea on sale for two dollars! TWO FRIGGIN’ BUCKS! Anyone who knows me knows AZ iced tea has a special place in my heart lol.
While I was browsing the store, a cashier named Ashley asked if I needed anything and offered to hold my stuff at the register until I was ready to check out. She was such a sweetheart! I paid by debit card and opted to get $ 20 cash back, and she asked if I wanted a twenty dollar bill or did I want it broken up. I’ve never been asked that before ever, and I thought it was so cool she asked. Then I merrily walked out the door~
I don’t think this location is open 24 hours, but I’m not sure. There is a drive-​thru pharmacy. Store is clean and orderly. I would return!
